Have been receiving these calls everyday for weeks. Thanks for providing their phone # 1 855 751 2030, as I contacted them and asked to be removed from their list. Now we will see.

They keep asking for "Ernest" . I keep telling them that there is no Ernest here and not to clall back. I am also on the DNC register.

I continue to receive calls from 5594129833, they ring x 2 and leave no message.

I have received two phone calls from this Walk In Bathtub Company.  The first time I was surprised as I have been very cautious about giving out my phone number.  I told them "not interested" and thought that was that.  I received a second call this morning and told the operator I did not appreciate being called again.  I was told that they were specifically calling people who were not interested and began to give me her spiel about slipping, and yadda yadda yadda.  I told her I am on the Do Not Call Registry, and she stated that the registry only applies to companies trying to sell something, and that they are coming to do a free offer.. we all know that once their sales people come they will be trying to sell their product!  I told her not to call me again, and then promptly reported the number to the Do Not Call Registry.  I suggest others do the same.

same as the above.  repeated phone calls. I appreciate getting the 1 855 number.  Now I will harras them too.

Also sick of persistent calls from this number and numerous others.  They won't leave messages.  I won't answer unknown or unfamiliar numbers that appear on caller id.  They are wasting my/their time, so please make them stop.

The Walk-in Bathtub Co. calls my house about  twice a day, everyday! I see their phone number on my caller id when I get home from work. They leave no message. I found out who it was by answering one of their calls, politely told them I was not interested and to please stop calling. Apparently they didn't understand. I called the number back several times and left  messages for 'Ceasar Huston', who this is I don't know. Now when I try to call the number back, it says it is not a working number. Who can I report them to? This is very annoying, to say the least!!

Just an update.  I talked to the manager on the number above and told him what a crappy way of selling a product. He said he was going to take me off the list.  We shall see.  Told him for each call I get I would call and harass his company too and that I put their phone number out there so everyone can do the same thing.  I even have my number on the do not call list.  So much for that.

I get calls from them all the time.  I told them my mother is in hospice and will not ever need it.  Asked them to stop calling over and over again.  Some of them get agressive.  Most hang up.  I found their number

This is Safeguard walkin bath tubs out of San Ramon CA they use a computer to call you thats why you can not call them back. I got to talk to them (supervisor) and asked to be removed again, I told them I was on the DNC list and that I have filed a FCC complaint.

calls every morning about same time, rings 3 times and hangs up. tried re dialing the number, message says  number not in service. how can it not be in service if they ( who ever calls ) can dial out??

Got another call from the # today.  They're still at it.  Someone needs to report them.
