Got a telephone call today from this number on my cell. I was very annoyed because I use a card and lose money if the phone is used on a specific day!
I suggest all of you do what I just did: I filed a complaint against heycosmo.com (I verified the number belonged to them) on the Federal Trade Commission website and made a sworn statement.

I just got a call from this number too, when i answered it hung up. strange but whatever.

also just tried to block my number, I got the call and it put me on hold three times to listen to some bu***hit about their site. then it never got me the message it said it was retreiving but hung up. complete load of s**t.

Rang then hung up, no voicemail.  Looked here, sounds like one of those shady marketing phony numbers.  Don't answer and don't call back

just received a call from this number came up as a missed call on my cellphone but it only rang for a second

Got a call at 6:03 CST from this number. Was not near my cell when they called but saw the missed call shortly thereafter. No message was left. Decided to do a search online and found this site. WOW!

Missed a call on my cell this morning, from this #, @ 9:10 EST. I also am on the Do Not Call registry (have been for some time). There definately seems to be some laws broken by this company.

Ditto.  I got the call, called back and hit 3 for 'block' Their blurb mentions something about authorizing charges to your cell phone bill if you press 1.

I just got a call from that number. How the hell they get my number? Losers!!

They called while i was on the line with someone else. by the time I answered, they had hung up, after only 2 rings.
I called the back with *67 and got an automated message saying
Welcome to Hey Cosmo. Please hold while we retrieve your number.
Then it hung up. wtf?

Got a call on my cell today 2:54pm PST.  Missed call.  I am also on the Donotcall list.  What gives?

I got a call even though I'm on the Do Not Call list.  I didn't answer, they left no voice mail but googling this number shows it a scumbag number.

Showed up on my missed call list on my cell phone (today, 10/16/09).  No voicemail or texts.  Just a missed call.  Weird!

Got the same number calling but no message, and I didn't want to call back.

Ill bet that when they call and hang up, it doesn't count as you receiving a call... because you didnt pick it up in time. Thats why they hang up fast after only a couple rings. Then, when you call back, they cant be blamed via the Do Not Call Registry, because hey, you called them, right?  Smoooth scam. File a complaint at the Federal Trade Commission website! Im gonna file my complaint now. Who is stupid enough to buy anything from salespeople/scammers like this?

My cell phone rang three times and I was able to answer it in time.  This, unknown to me phone number was on my missed list.   There was no message left and I didn't return the call.

I got a call from this number, it rang twice before I could answer they hung up, no voice mail message left.

Glad you guys are here.  Look I also got a call today. I do not answer unfamilair or blocked calls, and they did not leave a message.  I am also on the DNC registry...what gives?  I am going to report them.
