Still getting calls from Richard Heath's wife trying to sell weatherproofing. This is the third day they have called. There are plenty of handymen in San Diego County. We don't need to hire a husband-and-wife team from Fresno to install a few pieces of foam rubber around the doors!

A message was left on my answering machine from 559-579-1675. The ID said Richard Heath but the message left by a woman (Mrs. Heath?) mentioned something about San Diego Gas & Electric and free weatherizing. Deleted it as soon as I discovered it was a telemarketer. I hope SDG&E hasn't sold our phone numbers to a handyman operation!

Another energy scammer using the name of "Richard Heath" according to caller ID. A message was left on our answering machine by some woman named "Patricia" who was trying to pitch some type of energy get-rich-quick crap. Blocked number

Voice mail had message from Patricia calling from the Energy Upgrade Scam trying to sell weather gaskets and other fake junk. Caller ID reported it was coming from "Richard Heath." What a complete fraud operation!!!!! "Patricia" even tried to hide the call-back number by pushing touch-tones to masquerade the real numbers. What a farce!!!!! :)

They called me stating they were from San Diego Gas & Electric and wanted to "weather proof" my home for free. When I stated that I live in an apartment they wanted my landlord's name and number and address so they could contact them! I stated to them I was not comfortable giving out that information and they hung up! No "ok thank you anyways" or anything... VERY shady if you ask me!

The call was left on my caller id as unavailable. I didn't return it because there is no reason for anyone to be calling me from the Fresno area. I don't know anyone who lives there and I don't have a reason for any creditor calls. I also never return calls that don't leave a name.
