I have received numerous calls and only one time did they leave a message saying they are from PG&E care program and that I need to re-certify. Which I did after the first initial call over a week ago. Now they are calling again not leaving a message. Makes me concerned. I am calling PG&E about this and tell them they need to stop calling as I have already re-certify for this program.

I screen my calls also. This number called and did not leave a message. Everytime I need to recertify I get something in the mail. And why wouldn't the caller ID say PG&E if it was a legit call.

I screen my calls and allowed this call to go to my answering machine.This call was from P G & E advising that if you are involved in the CARE program, they require that you be re-certified every two or four years. They provide a return phone number OR their website....you can re-certify there. www.pge.com/care. The website gives the criteria that allows you to be part of the CARE program.

I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM!!! I DON'T KNOW WHO THOSE PEOPLE ARE BUT THERE NOT FROM THOSE PROGRAMS.PG&E DILLS WITH THOSE PROGRAMS DIRECTLY TO YOU THROUGH THE MAIL AND WOULD NEVER CALL YOU.... BE AWARE!
