I'm not sure if I'm glad that this was a missed call or not, but whoever or whatever called from this number left a voicemail message that was just a second of dead air. Nothing. I then looked up the number online on Google and, apparently, it belongs to Fresno Credit Bureau. How in the world can I be getting calls from a credit bureau if they don't even leave a message as to why they're calling??
