Received a call Dec 1/12, didn't answer so it went to my voicemail.  it was a recorded message that claims to be from the California Womens Institute (I live in Canada!) with an offer, (they didn't say what) and to press 1 to accept the offer or if you don't want it to hang up.  I hung up, of course, lol.
