This is a criminal extortion ring operating out of India. ABC News released an investigative report on it in June. The FTC has indicted one of its ringleaders for criminal fraud:

This phone number is associated with the scam that also works with the phone number 855-846-4570. they try to scare you into thinking you are going to jail for money you don't owe unless you pay them money. they are trying to get me to pay $2000 on a loan that i don't have. The company a "Legal Firm" represents U.S. Cash Advance and everyone that works for this company has a major Indian Accent.
