Not overseas. It's from a naval base in Lemoore ca

I got a call from this number and since I didn't recognize, I let it go.  Person then texted me who he was (but my text showed from a different number, maybe his own actual cell number) and he does work at a military base in Central California.  It ended up being someone I did know - not any fraud type thing.

i got called also and i called the number back.  Just a message saying "your confrence call is already in progress.  proceed" sketchy

I received a phone call from this number at 12:10am (woke me out of sleep) on Dec 12,2011

I just got a call from this number on my cell phone AND home phone AT THE SAME TIME!!! I know nobody in the military.

Strange!! My cell phone AND my home phone just got calls at the same time from this number.

Naval Hospital Lemoore. It's the extension we use to dial out so there isn't a surplus number of tied lines in case of an actual emergency. If you have an appt, missed an appt, or need to make one, you'll get the call. Just trying to make sure everyone is safe and healthy! And if you got the call with no affiliation to the hospital, your number could've been someone else's old number and hasn't yet been updated in our systems. Trust me, no one from overseas is trying to call you. I know people that call from Japan have a Hawaii area code (808) but I'm not quite sure about fifth fleet.

Just missed a call from this number an voicemail is full.... I don't have any link to the military so?? ignoring call but thanks to those who do serve or have.

It is not a direct line to any specific place.  It is a generic number that all the lines will show on a caller ID.  The reason the Hospital gave a different number is because they gave the direct line 559-998-6922 is not a real phone number its a generic ID so people cant call back unless they know the direct line they are trying to reach and yes it is a Military Base in Central California

Got this on my ID as a call from Naval Hospital Lemoore, but in the message they left they gave a different number to call back. Given the "conference call" message others are getting, I'm pretty sure it's from the Maternal Infant Unit but I could be wrong.  That was the message my family was getting when they tried to just call me back when I was in a labor room, rather than dialing the actual room extension.

I just got another call from this number for the second time, say conference call already in progress! however,when this call comes in my phone never rings, just says missed call! This is strange!

I had a call from this number, and it was actually a friend calling me from a Navel Base in Northern California. So I can verify that this is a legitimate call, and not a telemarketer or other unwanted call.

I have that number on my phone atleast 5 times, I have called, same deal- conference call in progress. I work and live on a military installation and I wonder what it is about? Who's calling?

The number is in fact a military number the reason that number shows up on the caller id is because its a confintial or secret connection.  It's not a prank or "unwanted" call it may be a friend or family member trying to get ahold of you.  I know this to be fact I am in the military and when I call my wife from work that number shows on the caller id

Just to let everyone know this is a military number and if you got a call from it it was probably someone overseas trying to get ahold of you...

called back and there was a recording that said, "the conference call is already in progress, go ahead" and then the phone hangs up.
