The guy from National Electric just called. Their phone number is 561-408-2947. He said he was a delivery man and had a delivery for us. It was a relay switch and he was a half hour away from my shop. He had a question and needed to talk to the maintenance guy in our warehouse. We don't have a warehouse. I told him we have no one here and he says well how do I get you the part? I said who ordered the part? He said he didn't know, but he had a packing slip. I told him to read the slip and tell me who ordered it. He said he doesn't know. I said if you can't tell me who ordered it, then I can't help you. He said well I'll just cancel this and you can deal with the guy who ordered it. I said go for it and he hung up. Total scam.

This is a complete scam. Don't stay on the phone with them and don't agree to anything or give them information about your business.

"Eric Epstein" is a criminal, a liar, a thief, a drug addict and a terrible excuse for a business man that likes screwing companies over as much as he likes hookers and jewelry. He's dirt dressed up as money, like his family and everyone he associates with. He probably knows who I am but he doesn't know who I've talked to or who's going to be talking to him. Hint: They carry badges, firearms and like to have pointed conversations with people who engage in wire fraud. You p1ssed off the wrong guy, kid. This is fraud. Anyone participating in what "Midway National" is doing as a partner or employee is subject to felony charges at the state and federal level. Do not stay on the phone with them and do not provide them with phone numbers associated with your business - They will attempt to charge you consulting or building services fees and use phone records to hold up their illegitimate claims in court. They have been under investigation by Boca Raton PD and South Florida's FBI branch for months and should face arrest, prosecution and jail time shortly - Employees and 'managing partners' alike.

Well, first off, I've been taking these calls from them for years, same comments, "How's your day?, beautiful isn't it?" acts real sweet thinking that gets somewhere.  He asks for the person that handles maintenance for our property or says that we actually ordered something and needs to check on a few things, my _____ someone ordered something, NOT.  My same response of, "we don't have a paging system". Of course I know it's this co. again but I just roll w/it if I'm in the mood to play w/them or I hang up, because they don't care what your response is.  I put them through to an extension but of course they don't want to leave a message, that would be too difficult to actually leave important info. about their products and to actually know really anything about how to sell something. It must be challenging for them to actually get a real sales position, you know, work hard for a living.  I'm assuming they don't have a mind to actually work sales properly therefore succumbing to ripping people off, I would assume they have no conscience either, judgement day is something they will think about when probably it is too late.  Typically now I just hang up on them, not worth my time.  What does the spouse ask them after work, "How many churches,schools,non-profit companies did you rip off today????"

Yep, Today our receptionist forwarded me a call from Roger from Midway.  Said he had a new catalog for me.  I asked him if they had a website, Nope. I asked if he had a phone number I could call him at.  Then he hung up.

I'm currently working there. Not all of us are rude, I'm not at all. Half of us are just guys trying to feed ourselves and our family.. besides everyone needs lightbulbs at some point! Lol

Numbers are also coming from 561-200-2140. This was "Mike" from "National Electric" tried calling number back and just disconnects. Asked for a manager, told him No - then asked for cell told him I can't give it out so he disconnected me. I bet his mother is proud of him or any of these jerks

The company is based from Florida. I thought it was a legit job but then realized it was a scam. I didn't call anybody because i was just in training. If you guys are having problems with them here is there address 495 NE 4th st,del ray beach,FL and once you get to 495 its the building directly behind. You will see round tables with umbrellas. and cars with license plates from different states. The guys are drug addicts and willing to scam anybody to get money.

Guy named Mike called asking for our maitenance manager.  I knew it was an scam so I told him that our maitenance manager was not available. He told me that the Electric box was on fire and he needed his sell.  I hung up on him after that.  Be aware.  This guy is a real j*** off.

Got a call from "Bill" at  Johnson Electric today, playing coy, like he didn't remember our Maintenance person's name.  Said "is he around or is he out and about like always"  Told him he was out.  He asked for his cell number, I said "he doesn't have a work cell", he said "OHHH, so he gave me his personal number before, Wow!?"  Bill said he had to speak with him so he could get his parts out to him.  I said, Oh, so we have a PO with you?  What is the number and what is on the order, maybe I can help you.  He gave me a fake PO number and said it was lightbulbs.  All this time I hear people in the background egging Bill on.  I asked Bill what his ultimate goal was, that maybe I could help him.  He said his goal was to talk with the maintenance man so he could ship out a fake order of lightbulbs.  Told me I was being "all gangster" and that he guaranteed that I would have a box of his lightbulbs in my office soon, and that he would get to the maintenance man.  Then he asked for my number so he could call me later.  LMAO.  What a joke.  Are there companies that fall for this crap??

Received a call from a guy asking for maintenance man.  Rude, pushy and refused to say what the call was about.  Hung up on manager when asked about the nature of the call.

"Steve Bayne" from Standard Electric called me from this number.  Looks like they can't even get their company name right.  I don't answer the phone when I see a strange area code and he left a voice mail.  It's your typical lightbulb scam.  What's even better is that you can hear all the other telemarketers in the background with ringing phones.  Pathetic losers that have and never will accomplish anything in life.

Are these losers the new "Werner Electric"?  Left a message saying he was Steve Bayne from Standard Electric and to give him a call back.  I'm well aware of these lightbulb scams and so is my staff.  Anytime I see an odd area code, I don't pick up the phone.  People like this are so pathetic.

A guy from this number - Johnson Electric - called twice last week and then again a few minutes ago.  Last week the girl who answered the phone gave him our warehouse guys name the first time he called and I talked to him the second time he called.  When he said he needed to talk to a man I told him I was the branch manager and could answer any of his questions.  He said he doubted it and I told him our conversation was over and hung up.  Today he asked for my warehouse guy by name and I told him he wasn't in could I help him.  Said he needed some relay switch information.  I told him we don't sell relay switches.  Then he got really rude and said yeah I know - I need the information off the relay switches in your box - this is why I want to talk to a man.  I told him to never call our office again and hung up on him...  On do I turn this company / phone # in?

Got a call from this number.  Said his name was Jamie and he needed to speack to "the maintenance guy out there.  What's his name?".  I ask who he was with and what he needed.  Said he needed electrical codes.  Put him to a voicemail box.  He called right back and was angry.  Said he needed to talk to the "maintenance guy".  We asked him to supply a name.  He said never mind, I'll be there in 10 minutes and hung up.  So far, no Jamie.  RUDE, RUDE RUDE!!!!!

got a Call from chuck with johnson told me they FINALLY moved into their new warehouse and wanted to give me the number. I told him i would get a pen and hung up on him. He called back seconds later asking if we got disconnected or i hung up on him. Told him second Option, he then told me he needed to tell me something and hung up on me. Thanks Chuck you know how to sweet talk em' don't ya !

Calls from this number several times asking for Maintanence Mgr.  Claimed he was from Johnson Electric.  I told him that I didn't have an Maintenance Mgr. because he quit yesterday.  After 5 minute ramblings with this guy and a brief hold to see if my Purchasing agent had in fact placed an order for balasts. I told him that my agent had no knowledge of this order and that I was to terminate the call.  When he asked what he was suppose to do with the ballasts, I confidently told him to dit on it!!  He gasped with a "what?" as I hung up.  See ya loser!

This man who claims his name is Kevin called asking for the man in charge, when I told him he was not available he started screaming and cussing then hung up. Within minutes, he called back doing the same thing. Who should I report the number to. I attempted to call it back but an operator came on saying that number is not in service.

This one was a call from "John at Allied."  When I asked him if he was going to pretend he new me and then try to sell me some over-priced lights I didn't want, he said yes.  At least he was honest.  He still tried to get me to buy the lights and, when I told him we already get them through another supplier he eloquently replied "F**k you," and hung up.  I would criticize his professionalism, but I think it's safe to say he doesn't have any.  If he did, he wouldn't be stuck scamming people into buying lights.  Can't really blame him for not liking his job.

Unwanted call

Johnson Electric trying to get a hold of our shop guy (we don't have one).  Called back with another guy stating he was previous callers supervisor and needed to know what was going on.  I could get in trouble (really? I am part owner of company, that will be difficult).  He then called me 'babycakes', seriously.

I say, mess with them back.  Time is money.  They are wasting my time, I will waste theirs.

Claimed he was from "Johnson Distributing" trying to shove light bulbs down my throat.
He hung up when I said "No" but I fully expect a box of lamps to show up anyway.

Just received call from the same group of idiots.  They said we had a pallet of light bulbs coming our way.  I told them if you want to send a catalog to go ahead I did not want or did I order a pallet of light bulbs and they hung up on me. Very Pushy and Rude.
