What ever you do dont give your name or social security number they are trying to steal your idnetity  no matter how many times they call you and you teell them to stop they will never leave you alone change your number if you can or block that number

Received two calls (messages) from a Gregory Adams and Associates.  The person's name was David Rosenburg.  Stated I needed to contact  them right away or I would be "red flagged" - whatever that means.  They did not state who they wanted to talk to, or what it was about but when I googled the name all sorts of information on how this company is a scammer comes up.  The phone number in my case was different:  954-317-0576.  Is there any government entity out there who would actually do anything if I filed a complaint?

Irritated is correct...this collection agency buys debts (junk debt) that usually have met and passed the statute of limitations.  Why in the heck would they need video surveillance ?? that's a new one.  If it wasn't for the fact that they truly scare people into paying uncollectable debts, it would be laughable.  They called me three months ago threatening to serve me the very next day(he actually said he has the papers and then read out my address, and this info was left on my vmail..illegal)).  I am still waiting.  I say bring it on! Then since I didnt repsond to that absurd message, they started over again from the beginning, handing this so-called debt to another collector reading from the same script..and so on and so on.  If this is the 20th call, that pretty much tells you they are not taking any type of action, except to try break you down into paying them.

One Idiot from Gregory Adams-by name Ruth called and left msg regarding a document that was assocaited with my ssn.  I called back and a guy  took my call but seems unaware of a name by Ruth. He was asking my details and was rude.  I poured hail and damnation on them and hung up. This irresponsible call could ruin your day when you get it. PLS IGNORE  THESE LITTLE CRIMINALS.

don't worry nothing will happen to you.  Just ignore them.  They just called me today and left the same message.

These people called on my son's line claiming legal action if I don't call back.  I have no debt and my child has no debt at all.    I will not call them back.  This is a number from  my son, perhaps they are just calling random numbers.  They said they were adams and associates and I should contact Mr. Zimmerman otherwise they would take legal action and mail it to the parties and begin proceedings.  I will not waste my time calling them back.  Thieves will do anything for money, scam artists are thieves.   hey should be put in  jail.

This company Greg adams and associates is threatening to take legal action against me for a debt that they say I have.  They obviously don't know what state I'm in and would only say the company filing against me had video survelience etc., but wouldn't release any of it to them because they could use it in court.  The guy that called said his name was David Zimmerman but when I call back he is never available.  I informed them that I thought they were a scam and they told me rudely to report them to the better business bureau.  They call from different numbers and then tell you to call this number.  They said they were going ahead with action against me and that I had been informed.  This is probablly the 20th call I''ve gotten from them.

Recieved call from a melanie steinberg saying my SS# was attached to a legal matter. I called back and a guy by the name of Robert answered. When i asked for Melanie he said she was in a meeting with one of the attorneys and she was a legal asst. FUNNY cause they are not a law firm. They are Allied Financial and use a legal but FAKE name of gregory adams and associates.. DO NOT CALL NUMBER BACK. They CANNOT sue you. They are a company that takes old debts usually 5yrs or older and try scare tatics to get people to pay. Again DO NOT CALL THEM BACK EVER... scum bags. I know all of this cause i had a lawyer call them and look into them.. They said i owed $ to a check n go and owed $ on 2 boats. Well i have NEVER used a check n go and i have NEVER bought or owned any type of boat

They called my 15 y.o sons phone. Stating that his SSN was used and if they didn't called back they would preceive in further actions against them. When I called to tell them my son got a call from this number very rude they say,"why didn't your son return the call" ah sir he's only 15. Then he wanted to know information from me before giving me his information any but instead he hung the phone up. Great con skills.

They left a voice mail on my work number on 5/25/2012 stating that allegations were made against my social security number.  When I called back, the offices were closed.  It was Melanie Steinberg from Gregory Adams & Associates.

I recieved the same call May 25 2012. After reading all the comments, I will not be returning the call. So glad to have found this sight.  Ruined my Memorial Weekend though worrying about it. Should have searched this out when I got the call !

Sites like this must be making it hard for you to trick victims out of money on the phone. GREAT! Glad to hear it.

I just called this office and asked why I was being called. They hung up on me.

I just received a call from this number 561-210-4826 Gregory Adamson Associates, Melanie Steinberg claiming they is litigation against my phone number.  When I called to confront them on the phone and tell them I knew the call was fraud they said they actually were looking for someone named Sharon and hung up on me.  And on another note I know I do not owe any money since I have no debt.  Be aware of any calls from this number!!!

gregory adams and and associates called and said i had a time sensative  matter and to call back right away.  They didn't even use my name just simply said i had a time sensative matter

This place called and said they were going to arrest me for a debt.  I told them to send a bill and they said they have no way to do that.  I am not going to just pay somethnig without a bill.
