I am on the "Do not call" list but these calls come through daily.

I received a call back in April.  I usally check everything out before signing up with anyone via a phone call.  Unfortunately, I did not do all my homework on this one and now I am out $3500.  I had to take out a loan to come up with the $3500 and now, not only being out the money, I have to make payments at a very high interest rate for the loan.  My bank did receive all the necessary paperwork from The Housing Assistance Law Center, but for the last two weeks, I am unable to reach anyone.  All the numbers that I have are constantly busy.  I have no idea of this company is legit or not.  I went through them, because my bank would not help, since I am not deliquent with my mortgate payment.  Very unfortunate to have to deal with a thrid party and pay this kind of money and I am the one that seems to be doing all the work.  If anyone knows how to reach these people, please let me know.  Thank you.

You should have done your homework as I did when they called me. Get in touch with the Atty. Gen'l. and make a complaint. This may not help you get any money back, but you might get some satisfaction. You can check the names of all companies under investigation and post a comment on www.mfi-modsquad.com or scam.com

Why would your lender say they knew them. They cause them to loose money they worked for me.Dont lisen to media hype this does work

WE WERE ALSO RIPPED OFF BY THE FHA ALL DAY PEOPLE. WE SENT THEM 2,500.00 BACK IN FEBRUARY. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT ABOUT RETURNING CALLS AND EMAILS AT FIRST. THE LAST PERSON I TALKED TO WAS ABOUT THREE WEEKS AGO(AROUND 5/1/09). I WAS TOLD OUR PACKAGE OF INFORMATION (TAX RETURNS AND PAYCHECK STUBS) WERE JUST SENT TO OUR LENDER TWO DAYS PRYOR TO MY CALL. I ASKED WHY IT TOOK SO LONG AND SHE SAID THEY HAVE STAFF THAT GO THROUGH ALL OF OUR DOCUMENTS LINE BY LINE SO THAT THE LENDER WILL HAVE TO NEGOTIATE WITH THEM.I WANTED TO KNOW IF I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK IF I DID NOT LIKE THE DEAL THEY WERE MAKING WITH MY LENDER. HER REPLY WAS WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR MONEY.
SO IT'S GOODBYE 2,500.00!!! I COULD HAVE MADE 2 MORE HOUSE PAYMENTS WITH THAT MONEY.
I'M 60 YEARS OLD AND MY HUSBAND IS 62. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TAKEN IN BY ANY SCHEME LIKE THIS BUT I HAVE NEVER COME UPON PEOPLE AS SLICK AS THESE PEOPLE WERE.
I HOPE THIS WILL HELP OTHERS WHO ARE THINKING ABOUT DOING SOME KIND OF DEAL OVER THE PHONE WITHOUT CHECKING THEM OUT FIRST.

You all need to go to the better business bureau and report this company. So that people can be informed. The company has been registared since 04/29/2009. These people just called my mom. It didn't seem right...So I started to do some research.

These Florida Companies are all linked - FHA All Day, Housing Assistance, Inc, Housing Assistance Help, Inc, and Housing Assistance Law Center, PA are all linked together.  They have no lawyers at there sights, just managers, receptionist.  All are rude, nasty and swear at you and threaten they will call the state police if you keep calling to demand your money.  Our lawyer said we have every right to keep calling for our money.  Unprofessional company and eventially they will get caught for there fraudulent actions against the hard working Americans.  Karen Grun is supposely a lawyer at Housing Assistance Law Center, PA, but she is never in the office.  No lawyers in this office, just unexperienced sales staff/managers that have no idea what they are doing.  They tell you they have contacted your mortgage company, but when you ask for proof they can not produce the proof.  Our mortgage legal modification department told us they never call or sent any paperwork and they would attest to that.  This is all a nightmare and joke.  Do not trust anything they say, it is all lies.  We have gone through a month and a half of living hell and I would not want any other hard working American to go through what we have gone through.

MITCH MADDEN STOLE OVER 3 THOUSAND DOLLARS FROM US, AND NEVER DID ANYTHING WITH THE LOAN, THEN DISCONNECTED THE NUMBERS, AND TOOK DOWN THE WEB SITE..
