The man called and introduced himself as Chief Investigator of IRS and was harassing me all time of crazy crimes I had no idea. At the end he concluded that I was guilty of all crimes and should expect Police Officers to get to my doors to arrest me. If this complaint gets to the right place. Please stop these people calling and harassing us. Thank You

Oh yes they do.. its called criminals, frauds, scammers and illegal telemarketers. I do believe you fit in the the first, second and third category.  You can also apply phishing to this obvious scam.

The Do Not Call list stops only legitimate, law-abiding businesses. Criminals like the people behind this call aren't fazed by it.

If, by "doing their job" you mean they are attempting to scam people, you'd be correct!  Anyone who is eligible for medical compensation receives USPS snail mail from  a law office - they do NOT receive phone calls!

Nope - you're the same guy as posted further above - no one gets a phone call that they may be eligible for medical compensation - you ALWAYS get USPS snail mail from the law office handling these claims.  Take your shill act elsewhere!

No body without reason would call you and harass you. They are just to help you out in one or the other reason.And it is fact that if you are eligible for compensation then it is of free cost.

They will call you because they are doing their job to help you out.It doesn't matter if  you are on do not call list.

They are just to help you out in getting a money compensation and the problems which you or your beloved one has faced in past. So please kindly co-operate when you get a call from medical Health department. Thank you.

I do not want them to call me again

I am on the do not call list, however, they keep coming.  Help

I get so many of these calls from different numbers (all bogus) that I don't answer my phone anymore.
This number doesn't leave a voicemail.
I've told them to take my number off their list before, but they don't, of course.

Man with heavy accent is arguing with me about why he is calling and said I had surgery and eligible for compensation.

Called me by name at 6:15am California time from Florida number.. Did not identify himself, so I hung up.

Got a call from this number a little before 9 PST. Also got a call from 786 292 3077 two days ago. Seems like it's the same people, though they didn't leave any messages. Annoying.

Received a call from this number.  He told me he was "not sale me anything" but wanted to help me get compensated for any adverse issues I have had from surgery, more specifically bladder issues.  This compensation would help take care of further medical visits I would have.  I told him I don't pay for my medical (except for the payment for insurance) and I didn't need any help with future medical visits especially since I don't have bladder issues, he said this would be on top of my insurance and it was free.  I kindly explained that nothing in life was free so to just tell me what the catch was, he hung up on me.  
These people are starting to piss me off.  

I have received several calls from this number & I don't know why. The man I spoke to had a strong accent & he said he was with the Department of Health & Human Resources. I told him not to call again but he did anyway.

Caller with thick accent - calls from different Fla numbers and wants to help me be reimbursed for Mesh surgery that I have not had. I have asked to not be contacted again but I doubt it will do any good at all.

Man with strong accent....said his company "offers ladies the opportunity to become a porn star".  After I stopped laughing I hung up!

I do not answer my phone to numbers I do not recognize or leave voicemails for me.

These people have called me numerous times, always from different numbers, and I have always told them to stop calling me.  They insist that their records show that I have had bladder surgery in the past and they want me to be part of a lawsuit.  I insisted that I have never had such surgery and to stop calling me.  He was persistent and I ended up going off on him and hung up on him.  I added his number to my block numbers, but why should we have to continue doing stuff like this?  What about my rights to have them stop calling me when they are told not to?  I'm sick of the government not stepping in, despite numerous complaints, and helping people like us who have to put up with this $hit.

phone rang just a few seconds into ringtone before discontinuing...im guessing it rang 2-3 times? no message left

got a call from this number at 8:50 am on a saturday morning.  The person on the other end had such a thick Middle Eastern (Indian?) accent that I could not understand a word he was saying.  No offense to people who speak English as a second language, I just have a hard time understanding heavy accents.  It sounded like he had said he was with the health department and I qualified for something.  I just told him I couldn't understand him and hung up.
