These are bill collectors looking for you. Most probably in preperation for a much more agressive collection effort. This is strictly a number provided by a routing service that provides local numbers on caller id. In essence a mask. They will continue to call until the are able to confirm or obtain additional personal information in connection with this your number. Then that information is passed along to the collection agency. Robo calls to cell phones should be reported to the link a few posts back. That is the only way to stop them, with fines. What you are dealing with is someone who comes to your front door at 9am or 8pm, wearing a mask and asking you to confirm personal information. Would you answer the creep?
Try and stop them ,yes, answer them and let them know that indeed have the right number, no.

I do not know these people and resent them wasting my minutes.  I am on do not call list for a reason.

I've received a call from 561-240-5651 twice. In the evening and on the following day in the morning. They do not leave messages. When I called an error message comes up saying: The number of the subscriber you've called  is not in service.

What gives someone the right to call people they don't know and hang up over and over without any consequences? I don't understand 1-561-240-5651 calls me everyday twice. We need to put an end to this!

2 days now getting calls from this number

I received one call on August 21st at 4:15 PM, which I did not answer or receive a voicemail from. The second call I received today, August 22 at 9:30 AM, I answered and heard a recording telling about health insurance and to press 2. They gave no option to be taken off the call list, so I called back because usually it has a way to be taken off, but apparently the number is dosconnected...

This number has called me multiple times over the past three days.  They do not leave a message. They just hang up.  It's very annoying.  How do you get them to stop?

I just received a call in my mobile from   561 240 5651   First I checked the area code in Internet and it was a Palm Beach number. Since I do have friends in that county and although no message was left I called just in case it was an emergency call from a friend that might be using a public phone --- I called  561 240 5651  then a message  THIS IS NOT A WORKING NUMBER  I tried again with the prefix 1  in case  1 561 240 5651  same answer  THIS IS NOT A WORKING NUMBER   Pretty scary isnt it?  How come a number appears in my cell and it is not a working number?

Same as above... numerouse calls, no message and when I call back the number it says that "the number can not be reached as dialed". I am also on the "do not call list" and am sick of receiving these calls in the middle of the day when I am at work.

recorded message trying to sell Health and other insurance for Floridians.  Message at the end says press 2 to setup a return phone call.
