Unwanted call to cell phone

Robocall offering health insurance. Will call again if you don't answer.

Calls leaves no message last 2 days

Calls and leaves no message...tried calling from my work phone and says it can not be competed as dialed, even when you use the area code. How annoying, you can call my # but I can't call you?

I'm a Boost Mobile customer and have been getting these calls the last two days.  Very annoying. I guess it's good to know I'm not the only one, though I am sorry everyone else is being bothered, too.

From internet research, Neutral-Tandem Florida, LLC is a subsidiary of Intelliquent Inc., that provides modem, ethernet, data, and telecom services.  Neutral-Tandem Florida also has an on-line viewable signed wholesale agreement with AT&T, which surprisingly also mentions Comcast in it.  It's all set up in a way that it is intentionally confusing to know exactly who they are, but from the best I can tell they are a wholesaler of AT&T services.  The truly annoying and deceitful part is that they use numbers with no caller identifying information and somehow must have it set up through collusion with AT&T so that the numbers come up as an "invalid number" if you try searching the various on-line caller I.D. or reverse I.D. databases.  And they'll call multiple days in a row from local numbers and never, never leave a message.  IMHO, this is a lawsuit waiting to happen as it abuses the Do Not Call list and deceitfully hides who they are.  BTW, I am an AT&T customer and still receive these calls.

Recvd the call on my cell- caller ID said Jupiter FL.. The caller didn't leave a message.

received 4 calls from 561-240-5655 no message. This is harassment at this point. Any lawyers out there want to address this?

Same thing just happened to me.. I thought it was only a Metro PCS thing but after reading all the posts I kinda feel better knowing it's happening to more ppl, not that I agree with this type of phones calls at ALL but you know what I mean.. those numbers should get disconnected for REAL. Why is it that marketing/advertising companies think that calling ppl without their consent is a way to get business???

Just got a call--sent it to voice mail. Checked the message--They are trying to sell health insurance? It was a prerecorded message asking me to press 1 to receive a free quote. #nothanks

keeps calling everyday even though I am on a do not call list

just got a call from this # as well.  No message.  I didn't answer it as I did not recognize the #. Found this website purely by mistake, so figured I would add my 2 cents in.

Googled Neutral Tandem-Florida, LLC and came up with a contract that they have the AT&T.  I just recently cancelled my AT&T account within the last month and a half.  I'm sure that is why I've been getting these annoying phone calls.

Same thing happened to me. This is so strange! Ive been called 4 times already so annoying!

now just how can we use this info to cost this company what they cost us in time and minutes
wasted on their unwanted calls to us???

Getting calls from 561-240-5655. I.D. says from Jupiter, fl. No message, call back says Disconnected. Getting tired of having my cell times used by someone I don't know.

keep getting phone calls from this number and they leave no message!!!!!

just received a call on my cell from this number I didn't recognize. Didn't answer it . Called it back and message said it was disconnected WTF!!!!  Is AT&T playing games again ?? There ought to be a law!!

Called cell phone, didn't answer. no message left. tried calling back (less than one min later) recording says number has been disconnected.
