Several call a month, only shows telephone # and no name on cell phone. When picked up, no one says anything, sometimes it hangs up on me.  Here's a solution that may help:

I just called 800 439 6818 which is a call center for the remodeling company through Home Depot. I spoke with a manager who was very apologetic and she did something in the computer to take my name off the list, and said that should take care of it, and if I get another call to call back to let them know. Everyone should call to get their name off the list. If you want, I will be posting in about a week and a half to tell you the results. If you do call, please let us know if that works, so everyone can call and get their name off the list. Merry Christmas all.

I get calls from this number everyday in the morning and the afternoon.  One time we told them we weren't interested.  One time they hung up when I answered.  I've been letting it just ring without answering but finally today  I've been picking it up and screaming then hanging up.  I'm sick of it.

GETTING MANY CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER NO ONE ON THE LINE

My friend works at Home Depot and signed me up (without my knowledge) to have someone come out and offer me a new deck/patio. I live in an apartment.The first number that called was 936-271-4333.I called the number back and told them that I was not interested. Then 15 minutes later this new number calls, 561-241-8073. They did not leave a message and everytime I try calling back, the number is busy. If they call again, I'm going to call the 1-800 number listed above and try to get this fixed. Telemarketers are so annoying.

All of you are idiots.  No call list does not apply to this.  You were at the home depot and told them to call you or you were online and you were interested in a home project.  The Home Depot would not waste their time with you if you did not want to do a project.

I just called 800 439 6818 at home depot in Boca Raton FL, spoke to a nice lady "Gloria" she said she will "turn my number into the office" and see if we can get you off the list. Told them that I had selected another contracter to redo my kitchen, and that I don't need that service any more.

Just read your post and now realize why they are calling. We did the same thing at Home Depot and now I can see we will live to regret it, lol. Anyhow, thanks for the information.

Who the heck are these people. We are on the Do-Not-Call list but that doesn't seem to stop people from calling the number. Unless I know the number I never answer.

You receive calls from 561-241-8073 because at one point you signed up for an appointment to have a Home Depot remodelling person come to your house and review with you options to re-do your kitchen etc. I also did that when I went to a local Home Depot, so the call is ringing. I would suggest that you answer the call and request to be removed from the call list. The sales rep was pushy that's why I ended up signing up for an expert to come to my home for free. But any projects are not on my schedule so I would rather call them to cancel the home visit...

This is third time they are calling me.
They are looking for 'Nick'. I said it's the wrong number they've called but still calling me. So annoying.

i also recieved several calls from this number but never answered.  i finally called the number back and it was a remodeling company which is what the recording said. it also gives you an option to be placed on their do not call list. so i did that, we'll see what happens!!!!

Funny... I just received a call from this number too! I didn't recognize it in my list so I googled it!! And here I find out I am not the only one. This is fishy...
I am going to call the 1-800 number mentioned above and see if they can put me off the list too. I do buy a lot of stuff from Home Depot... I must have given my cell number in one of their paperwork for returned items??!!

I pick up the phone and then hang up on them - so they get a disconnection right away!  They deserve it.  I do this always.  And, sometimes I let my husband take the call and start speaking in his foreign tongue - and they don't bother calling again.  Overall, something needs to be done in regards to BAD telemarketing - and we all know the BAD outweighs the GOOD.  With any call, they should immediately identify who they are, what they are calling about, have a nice mannerism and when you kindly let them know you are not interested and please remove your name and number, it should be noted as such and fees should be assessed to companies that don't adhere to your wishes.  This is really a violation of privacy - and, even when you have your name on the DO NOT CALL LIST, you still get calls - not just companies are are exempt (i.e., non-profit, research study), but from people/places who are not suppose to be calling you in the first place!  It's upsetting to get calls before 9 am and after 9 pm. - and even when you tell the caller not to call again, they do - they do their shift, never make notes that you are not interested, the next person comes into the job, calls you again, and again and again...absolutely ridiculous!!!!

I got a call from this number just a few minutes ago. I didn't pick it up. There is no msg. Don't know what's going on.

I GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AND ON THE CALLER ID SAYS "U S R I" I DONT KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS.

Thanks for the 800 number. It was from HomeDepot, i asked them to remove my number form the list.

the first time i received from this number a couple of days ago, i immediately googled the number and found this discussion group.  so far, i've been ignoring it.  i'm not interested in spending for renovation for now... it's the economy, stupid!

I called 561-241-8703 (they have an option to have your name removed from their list) and asked them to remove my number from their calling list.  As soon as I hung up, they called me and hung up without leaving a message.  These folks are annoying.  I'm going to contact the Better Business Bureau to report them.

I have been getting at least 4 calls a day from this number.  They call, leave no message.  I finally figured out that they are connected to Home Depot.  I had conteacted Home Depot to get an estimate for a kitchen refacing.  Why they keep calling me, I do not know.  
I called today to ask them to take me off their calling list, but the person I talked to (Ronnie) was actually very rude and hung up on me.

I did the 800 number thing spoke with Home Depot rep who said they will have me removed from the list....I shall see.  Thanks for the info!

This number keeps calling me and rings once and never leaves a message.  Don't give your number to anyone whom you think can call you ove rand over and....
