Identified as Universal Marketing Solutions, had a buyer for my timeshare for $25,200.00 and only needed $1396.00 to start the sales process, deed transfer.  When I asked why they were paying so much for something that I paid $5000.00 for, I was told that was the going rate right now. The caller had my email address and emailed me the blank paperwork for my review.  I did not bite, it didn't sound right and I had no intentions of paying anything to a company I had not researched.  I am very thankful that so many people posted their experiences with Universal Marketing Solutions and Creative Home Mortgage.
