i am the same guy who just posted a comment. What i said was a lie. I am being paid by someone else to post these negative comments about Mizner Grande.I was lying. Mizner Grande actually helped my friends regarding their own home. Joe Hill has actually helped many people. I am a liar and the person that put me up to this is on parole and is about to violate his probation. I am sorry for making these false accusations about Mizner Grande. They are a good company.

I will be forced to cancel and will make a complaint to everyone and anyone if I cannot get a way to reach somebody ASAP because "Joe Hill" is the Attorney that enrolled me and now he is telling me to switch and none of secretaries that I speak to are ever there anymore???  WHAT IS HAPPENING OVER THERE?

James, can you tell me who to contact at Mizner Grande and what phone number to call because I have also received calls from Joe Hill and he is now telling me that I shouldn't pay Mizner Grande anymore and said I would be better off with another attorney.  I tried calling my other contacts at Mizner but I cant get through and cant get a call back?  Please help?

To The per son that is posting this complaint, why dont you contact Mizner directly and verify this information directly. Oh, but I know, the complaint being generated is false and fake. :)

This complaint is being generated by a convicted felon by the name of Adam Forman. Mr. Forman was released from Mizner Grande because he was embezzling money from the company. What typically happens is when an employee is let go by a company for embezzling money, the fired employee lashes back by reporting false claims on the internet. Take this complaint for what it's worth- another dig back from an employee who got fired.

This message sounds like it is being fabricated by a sore loser that lost all of his clients to Mizner Grande. This complaint sounds like it was made from a 13 year old kid that has nothing better to do than to sit at home at his mommy's house and play on the internet. :)

Joe Hill is a good guy. He has helped us by referring a good law firm to assist us. The gentleman who is posting these blogs is now out of business and does not have the courage to sign his own name to it because he is a convicted felon.

I received a call from Joe a few weeks ago and at that time he told me that I needed to leave my attorney at Mizner Grande and toild me all of these bad things about who they really were and how they took my money and Ive been in an uproar ever since because these people are supposed to be providing me with representation on my HOME that my family lives in.

Then it got more confusing because a couple days ago Joe Hill called me again and he didn't even know who I was and this time he started telling me that I should not sign up with this other attorney and that I needed to stay with Mizner Grande because my case is almost finished.

This is insane because it is definitely the same guy calling me and I don't even know who this other attorney is and he is telling me that he knows that Im speaking to the other attorney and that my case is going to be ruined for it and he says that my atoorney now is named HOWARD FEINMEL and he has never lost a case before and is going to win my home free and clear for me in court very soon if I don't mess it up and is very forcefull with me and it seems like he doesn't even answer or acknowledge my questions when I asked them.

So here is where it gets evn worse, after thinking that things must be ok and going well I researched HOWARD FEINMEL like Joe said and types of awful things poped with mug shots from multiple arrest.  He also has previous companies that in big trouble with the government for defrauding the homeowners and having them sign their hom over to him.  I feel like Im going to lose my home now and I don't know what I can do.  Can someone please tell me what my options are at this point and tell me more about who Howard Feinmel is and how I can make a complaint and get out of this problem?  Please help!!!!!!!
