I get a call from this number on weekdays between 9 am and noon. When I pick up, there's no voice on the other line, and then they hang up.

I get a call nearly four times a week. Have no idea who they are. They didn't leave a message until today. It was of a child.

They call more than my in-laws. Very annoying now. Have no clue as to who this person or persons are.

This is from US Higher Learning.  They get your info of of the Job Boards.  Next time they call, answer and tell them to take you out of there data base.  They will be quite rude, just bite back.

Got a call two time today within four hours. Did not leave a message.

So bizarre. I too recieved the "Hello hello let me call you back" call. The funny thing is a live about 5 miles away from Wellington, in WPB Florida. It is so very disappointing to apply for a job as a broke, desperate 20-something and receive only solicitation.  If i had money for school i would have done that long ago, rather than waste my youth as a minimum-wage slave.

So did I. My daughter took the call when I wasn't home and she said she couldn't even understand the lady on the other end because she spoke with an accent (sorry if that is misspelled). So I tried calling it back and I too didn't get anybody. So I blocked the number.

Call from some High Learning Institute.

US Higher Learning is a SCAM.  I get a call from this number every morning.  This time I picked up.  It was a male voice that said they were calling from U.S. Higher Learning.  I also applied for a job online, through a website called www.placement101.com or www.jobplacement101.com which asked me a question about higher learning.  That website is a total scam.  I'm reporting this number to the FCC (www.fcc.gov) and the ICCC (www.ic3.gov).

I did the same thing you did and they called me twice today, but won't leave a vm.

It is a stupid school! I got the call and he did the same thing, saying hello repedietly, I think something is wrong with my phone, I have to call you back. He called back and said that I requested information about US Higher Learning. I DID NOT!!

I ordered acai berry detox and this number called me to ask abou the product and if I was satisfied.

I never applied for any job but this number shows up as T M S on my caller id and I have no idea who they are and they don't leave a message.

I too received a call from 561-333-2998 today.  When I answered, it was a guy's voice that said the same as above.  "Hello,  hello,  my phone must be messing up.  I'll call you right back."  Only thing is, I hung up and have not answered it since.  

Unfortunately, I was also looking for a job and applied online and the application required you to put in a cell phone number.  Since I do not have a cell phone, I put in my home #.  Now, I am getting these calls and I checked off the square that said "I am NOT interested in furthering my education at this time"  I guess they don't pay attention to that and just call you anyway.

Also noticed on this website they ask for a Cell# as a primary number instead of a home# which is weird.

I just filled out a app through Permanent Hire Careers and I too am getting calls from 561-333-2998. I wonder if it's a confirmation check. In any case no message and I haven't been able to get to the phone in time

Interesting I applied for a job on the net as well. Now I keep getting calls from this number. I don't answer and they never leave a message.

I get calls from 1-561-333-2998 almost 3 times a day they NEVER leave a message!  Its so frustrating to know that someone has my number but what do they want with it if they never leave a message or say a word when you answer it!

Have gotten the same type of calls not leaving a message from 561-641-0805 and
561-333-2998.

Now I can answer on the first ring and know the person I'm about to scream at
deserves it.

I've been looking for a new job on the internet and a few when i applied asked for my number. i got four calls from this number the other day I answered twice and both times it's the same. the guy on the other end acts like he can't hear and says something must be wrong with his phone he'll call me back...sounds like a recording because it was exactly the same

got 2 calls 1 from 5613332998 and 1 from 5616410805 but did not answer i dont answer calls i do not know on my cell. but i wish they wouldnt call and if they do i will tell them not to call my phone. seems to me that they get ur number when u apply for job becasue as people wrote before me they have been applying for jobs i have also lately. so they must get our numbers from that but isnt there a way to stop them from this. this cant be legal if we do not check the box to be contacted.

There was a male that was on the other end of the line when I answered the phone.  He said "Hello.....hello.....I think my phone's messing up, I'll have to call you back." The call disconnected and the same number popped up again two minutes later, but I did not answer, hoping whoever was on the line would leave a message; they did not.

They keep calling me and when I called back yesterday is rang forever. Then when they called me I answered and they didnt say anything. So I called it back and it rang about 5 times this time then an answering machine answered and said US Higher Learning and that all the reps were busy and to leave a message! i did and they better stop calling me, they dont have anything I am interested in!!
