Anthony Ramon called & was threatening and rude, stating he sent documents & was waiting for my attorney to call him. The name of the company he represents is below, it's dissolved. I reported the him & the company AF & A** to FCC & FTC he was rude & threatening, called the licensing board for the State of Florida to report him and AF & A**.

Anthony if you are reading this, you need to do something that is beneficial to society, help & feed homeless, do chartable work. You are pathetic to stoop this low because you can't find a real job.

I also received a voicemail from this Anthony Ramon. He is threatening an he states he sent me papers regarding my suit...blah blah blah...my attorney...blah....and a number to call him. Said he "they" were reaching a decision regarding my case. Is there anything I can do about this??? I don't like the fact that this man has my info!!!

Recieved a call from Anthony Roman stating the they are calling to collect on a debt from almost 5 years ago. He stated that if we didnt pay this debt right away that they would take me to court and sue me for 3 times what is owed and also garnish my wages!! I got freaked out and made a payment. 5 days later I got a letter from a different debt collector trying to collect on the same debt. So I put a fraud alert report on the funds that were taken out. I called and asked them to provide me proof of the claim and he said he  didnt have the proof to call back in 2 hours!!! This seems so fishy to me. Thank god I put the fraud alert right away!!

Anthony Roman trying to scam me for a bought debt.  The debtor has no record of the claim.  Told him to stop calling.  

I also get threatening phone calls from the same man, Anthony Roman on almost a daily basis. he has also said the exact same things to me. He told me I had a court date but wouldn't give me a time or date and when I asked who the creditor was along with a phone number, he said they didn't want me to know and wouldn't give me the information. he threatened me and told me I was going to be criminally prosecuted if I didn't send him $430.00 by 5pm and I ended up giving him my bank information, which later that day looked up the Florida number he was harassing me from and found others he was doing the same thing to. needless to say, I closed my account. now I'm getting the calls again, leaving messages on my voicemail saying that he wants to speak to my attorney that he doesn't wish to speak to me any further. I don't believe these phone calls are legit and I don't trust this man.

I keep getting threatening calls from Anthony Roman A & F Associates talking about serving me papers and making an important decision on my behalf. He has even started calling my work extension. I have asked them to stop calling but they dont. They call from different phone numbers every day with different area codes which tells me that this is not a legitimate company.

I have received threatening messages from this person about how they are surprised that they haven't heard from my attonery given the severity of the situation..well I don't have an attonery so that makes no sense on this persons part and what situation?!. I have no outstanding debt. I'm not sure how he obtained my number. But now he somehow got my parents home number and harassing them.

Threatening message, how he's going to serve me papers and court action yada yada yada. Simply tell him, yeah take me to court, pay your attorneys, and regardless of the judgement , that I'm still going to stiff him anyways. He stopped calling.

This number keeps calling mine & i have told them several times the person does'nt live here but they keep harrassing my family, i don't know who they wre but my number is unlisted & i don't know how they got it . They need to stop calling.
