i got a call from this number saying i applied online about cleaning up my debt. i haven't done that in over a year, and the number they called I just got and it's a cell number. so there is no way i used that number... If they call me again i will report them.

I am getting so many of these calls i feel like a hostage from answering my phone.  You can file a police report, and then the phone company can put a trace on your number, which will catch these idiots.  They not only will be fined, but face jail time.

THESE IDIOTS CONTINUE TO CALL ME, EVEN THOUGH I NEVER ANSWER PHONE CALL FROM UNKNOWN NUMBERS, MY RATIONALE FOR THIS IF SOMEONE WANTS TO REACH ME AND THEIR INTENTIONS ARE POSITIVE THEY WILL LEAVE A MESSAGE, IF NOT ITS EITHER A BILL COLLECTOR OR AN X-FRIENDSHIP!

these people keep calling me and leaving voice mails for me to call them. The lady on the voice mail goes by the name of Jenna Love and has a thick indian accent. The callback message doesnt state the name of the company or the reason for the call but states if I fail to ignore the message or if my attorney at "hand"doesnt call them back then I will be sorry. So I called them back and asked what the call was for..they said they deposited money into my bank account and wouldn't give me a specific date or specific amount they told me they filed a "lawsuit" on me.Also when I called the number the guy that answered also had a thick indian accent and didnt tell me his name. the only thing he said when the call was answered was "Hello" how un-professional is that...good thing I have LifeLock..

Yes, they seem to call my office every single day... I think from now on, I will let number ring or just hangup on them... I get alot of calls from this area code.  Thanks for your help..

Yesterday I received a call from this number and I asked to be removed. They were trying to get me to sell them old scrap gold. Today they once again called me. Since they are smooth enough to use a non bouncing number I spent 2 and a half hours hitting call on my cell. I angered them enough to have a team lead or mini boss answer the phone. I told him why I was doing it, because I wasn't removed from their phone list. He asked for my number. I said no. You have it on your phone. I heard Mike one of the telemarketers say the call was from Knoxville, TN. So I guess we will have to wait until you auto dial me again to have this stop. On the second call from that point he asked me if my phone number was xxx-xxx-xxxx I said yes it is. He asked what it would take to get this to stop. I Replied remove me from your list and this will go away. For over 2 hours their phone lines were tied up. I am sure it was not the only line but they were not happy with the line being abused. Hope that helps. Oh and Mike has a short temper and will threaten to come to your house in th emiddle of the night to kill you. Sad, sad, sad.

Recieved a call from this number but do not leave a message. Called it back and he said this is Fico.

Keep getting call from same number however they don't say anything and if I don't answer they don't leave a message.  This is my new cell phone that they're calling, new number and all. Sounds very fishy!!

They called me 10 times over 2 days. When I called the number back a female with thick indian accent said I applied for financial help. I told her no and she kept talking. Finally asked her not to call no more and I was reporting them to the do not call list.

As I've seen this number, but never answered, I decided to look online. As I see, its about cleaning up your debt or erase bad credit, be careful, it's a scam, trying to get your personal info. that leads to your hard earned cash.

I got a call from this number at 10:00 at night. Not cool.

When i answered this, I got somone who asked me did I want to erase my credit card debt.  Uh, no.  I don't have credit card debt, just student loans.
I told them I'm not interested, yet I have seen this number on my cell about 5 more times.  I may threaten a lawyer.

Got a call from this number today and did not answer. They did not leave a message so I called them back and a guy answered "Central Financial Aid". I asked him again what company it was and he repeated it. I then hung up.

Yes I have talked to several agent of that company and has actually help me reduce my debt that was from 6500 to 3900 which in reality I have been able to negotiate that further down with the help of their couching dept... I mean i see this but let me tell you all that I understand that is actually anying for a while but you know what i listen to them and actually is working. so I dont know about you guys but let me tell you that with all the shi... going on here in NY at least im learning not to screw up again

Today is the first time I got a call from this number.  For many weeks, I have been receiving phone calls with a Montana and North Dakota area code phone number. These SCAMS have called me 3 or 4 times a day for 6 days a week upto 8 PM Saturday night.  I tried to ignore the calls but that does no good.  I had surgery last week and need my rest to recover, but these calls just keep coming in.  I live in New York state and so called the State Attorney General's office to report these calls and to put a stop to them.  They took a complaint but also gave me the web address for the Montana Dept of Justice and their phone number.  I called them and they said the companies making these scam calls are from California and have phone equipment to scramble where the phone call is actually being made from.  The Montana DOJ then gave me a phone number for the FTC to call and file a complaint.  Their number is 877-382-4357.  I filed a complaint with them.  The woman said the best thing to do is NOT TO ANSWER THESE CALLS no matter how annoying they may be.  It is hard to find them to prosecute and there is not much more you can do.  These scams call you no matter how good or bad your credit is.  My credit rating is 810 and I have no debt to speak off.  They call you from some phone list they got, and you just have to hope they get tired of calling you.  This happened to me several months ago and it lasted for two months.  It stopped but now has started up again.  I would like to have them all arrested, put in jail, and throw away the key.  They are the scum of the earth and should wind up in hell

They are calling me even after I asked them not to! They are violating the do not call rules and should be stopped!
