I have received multiple phone calls from different people, and it seems as though they are all from the same company. I say this because they all leave very similar messages in which they all let me know that I am being served court papers to appear in vpurt unless I pay them. I have reported these calls to the police multiple times, but they keep putting it off ss if OT is no big deal. The bad thing about these people they seem to know quite a bit of my personal information like numbers to random family members, and also my place of business. Then they call them telling them that.they need to call me right away to set up a location so that they can serve me with litigation documents for court and that if I dont respond immediately I will be in trouble with the law. I have tried calling 3 of these companies back and in the background it weeks as though this is a very unproffessional company. I have also called another time and it went to this one lady that had been calling me cell phone. The times that I answered the phone they would ask for me by name and then tell me that I needed to provide them with my SS#, DOB, and my current adress. When I ask who tjey are they insist that I confirm all my personal information first. When I refuse to confirm anything until they tell me their name, company name, and what this is regarding. They refuse to tell me anything without me confirming the information, all the while they are continuously yelling at me and telling they need to come serve me with court papers and that if I dont comply with them I will have to take this matter infront of a judge and yet nowhere in their attempts did they divulge what this important matter is about. Anyways at first the company name was trans something, then it was UMC, then some crazy nonsense name that had like 3 A's almost sounded like AARP, and now this company with the name AF and Associates calls today leaving a very threatening voice message about serving me papers and this guy went as far as telling me that either I need to call him or my attorney needs to contact him no later the the close of the business day today or he will have no other choice then to submit my claim to the courts. This is such a nuisance and frankley I am tired of this bs. The police do nothing yet they are not just harrassing me, but a few of my family members and my job. So now I have family and my bosses becoming quite aggitated with me as if I did something wrong. The thing is Iknow I didnt do anything that would put myself in a situation that would require any sort of legal court stuff. Oh well I guess I will keep bugging the police department everytime I get a call from these jerks and everytime my job or my family call to tell me that tbey called them again. Its so bad that its not uncomman for me,just my phone not anyone else, to get up to 5-6 calls a day. Im so sick of this. If anyone has a suggestion on how I can somehow get them to stop buggong me. Scary crazy to think tbat anyone would give them any money even if tbey weren't scams just because of how rude they are. How does the saying go: You catch more bees with honey. Im done. I AM DONE!

Altitude Funding A**.  calling to collect on a debt.  And first guy named Dan said we could have 4 installments.  Next guy named Anthony said it must be paid today in the next hour.  Their website is trumped up and several blogs reported them as scams!!!  Watch out...they almost got our money.  Other number is 800-924-0208.
