I know the owner of Nationwide Marketing Solutions personally & at present he's in Federal prison for another crime but has not been prosecuted for the timeshare fraud.  Please call the Palm Beach County State Attorney's office & let's try to get him prosecuted for this fraud too.

I know Helmut Goellnitz of Nationwide Marketing Solutions personally & he is nothing but a drug addict, a crook, and a loser.  He has never worked an honest job in his life.  He brags about having taken people's money & thinks he's a hot shot & a mobster wanna-be.  The posts that say he's innocent are from his drug addict friends & girlfriend.  His girlfriend moved in with him after Helmut begged her to & bribed her with a payment to her of $100,000.00 of these honest, hard-working people's money.  He had to PAY her to move in with him.  That's how sorry & lame he is!!!  People, PLEASE just be more careful about sending money to anyone who calls.

Not only are these #@%&@ scammers steeling good peoples money, they are stealing our company name as well. Nationwide Marketing Solutions is a Southern California financial marketing firm...WE ARE NOT IN FLORIDA. We service business to business (specifically credit unions) with their marketing...such as statement inserts, direct mail campaigns, letter programs, membership drives, etc. We receive a number of calls from people (most commonly seniors) who are in distress over the $800 they have fortified to these $#%*&!!!  The Nationwide Marketing Solutions name is trademarked and leagel actions has taken for these guys to cease and desist...but scammers don't give a damn! They think they are above the law and won't get caught. For those folks that call us asking, "what's going on", think we're the bad guys, after discussing the situation with them, they are shocked to learn they have been scammed...but pleased that someone could tell them the truth of what's going on. We recommend they contact the local Florida DA who is very much aware of this scam. They will assist from that point forward. LASTLY...DON'T EVER GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO ANYONE WHO CALLS ON THE PHONE. NEVER...NEVER...NEVER...

Claimed they had a buyer for my timeshare who had paid $5000.00 non-refunded deposit and wanted to buy my specific unit. They are a marketing companies who stated they could sell the property within 90 because they has buyers lined up. They wanted 896.00 for research/title search and after speaking to another representative (Kathy) she stated they would not send the contract. This company has no verifiable e-mail and the addrees could not be located. Buyer beware of this scam!!!

Yes, I sent in money and now I can't seem to get a hold of anyone. My representative was Steve Barnes and claimed he had a buyer and needed the money up front. We need to do something to stop this from happening.

I went through the same thing.  I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges as I deleted the non-refundable clause on the contract.  The adjusted my account and went back to Nationwide - it was once again added to my credit card.  I have disputed the charges again.  These people are fast talkers and are operating fraudulently sucking in innocent people that are honestly trying to sell their timeshares.  How does one get their money back?

I received a call a couple of months ago telling me that my previous buyer, Premier Timeshare Solutions went out of business and that they were from Nationwide and had a buyer for my shares and I would get the almost $2000 that I lost from Premier plus the upfront fee, $1792 that I gave them, back with my check of sales of my share property. As soon as they got my money, I called my rep at 5615840495 and the customer service number listed above and no service on reps. phone and mailbox full on cust Svc #. I have no idea how to attempt to report this and get my almost $4000 back

I want to let you know that I had the same problem - my guys name was Matthew Liley - I think I was scammed and not once but twice now. When we sent back the agreement, I sent it certified so they would have to sign for it and than can possibly be tracked. I had a bad feeling about this - Premier and Nationwide were the two companies. If you know anything that can be done, please share. Thanks!

Please email me back at gijane3362002@yahoo.com asap.

I was approached and scammed on two occassions; once from Premier TimeShare and they went out of business after they took almost $2000 from me and another from Nationwide and after they got $1792 from me the number of the guy that I was talking with, is out of service and the customer service number mailbox is full. I was scammed almost $4000. Do you or anyone you know have any clue on how I can try to get my money back? I live pay check to pay check and I really need that money. Yes, I am an idiot - get me once, get me twice, but not a third time. There has got to be something that we can do. Please help!

Subject: Timeshare Company taking me for a RIDE!!!!!

Back around the 2nd week of July of this year, I received a phone call
from
Nation Wide Marketing Solutions and spoke with the Director of Sales, Mr
Nicholas Davenport.  He told me that he had a couple interested in buying
my
timeshare and that they had "already put down a $3100 nonrefundable
deposit
with the sale price of $11,750". He said that the "slae would be final the

Wednesday of the following week."  He then said " that I would receive the

contracts in the main by August 12" for me to sign and return.  Upon
signed
contracts, I would receive either a bank transfer of a certified
check...my
choice.  He said that there would have to be a deed and title search done
on my
timeshare and that fee would be a "Refundable" $896 fee.  Well, August 12
came
and went and Mr Davenport called me and siad that they had to change the
date
to August 30 and said "that this is the last time that it can be changed".

Well, August 30 came and went.  He called again and said that it would
have to
be moved to September 13.  Called again and siad it wouldl have to moved
to
September 30.  Called again and said it would have to be moved to October
2.  I
called on October 2 and they said that they had meet with the "couple" and
that
they had decided to go through their own bank for the loan for better
fiancing.

Well, I know that that is a lie because Mr. Davenport told me that"the
only way
that they make money is on the financing"  SO, if the "couple" went
through
their own bank...they make no money.  I finally got some answers from
customer
service.  After a very long heated conversation the customer service rep
said
"that they would lose their NOW $2500 deposit.  I have tried mutiple times
to
get a real answer from contumer service.  I have called them at least 40
times
and talked to them maybe twice.  In the last two months I have called Mr.
Davenport 45 times(cell phone call log) and left messages and have never
receive a return call.  His number not too long ago change to a fax number
and
just a few weeks ago his number now belongs to a girl named Brittany.  I
have
left a message with this girl to try to get the date that she received
that
number.

My contract # is 30797.  Customer service # is 561-432-6200...Mr
Davenport's
"#" is 561-228-1088.  You can look at my cell phone call log and you will
find
at least 100 calls to Mr. Davenport and customer service.  I belive that
they
have stolen my money and the so called "couples" so called $3100 deposit
and
they are doing it to many other suckers like me.
I am begging you to do something about this and at the very least get my
$896
back.  I am getting married in May and I was hoping that this was a God
send
and great timing to get out of debt before the wedding.  I am very
desporate,
so please do everything in your power to shut this company down and get
peoples
money back.

Thanks so much for your time
Jay Hodge

Sir,
I did my research and found nothing negative about this company.  Also, do hang up on anyone that calls from American Marketing Group they are the same as Nationwide Marketing Solutions, and are in the same area.  We need to do something.  Since I have contacted my credit card company, wrote Better Business Bureau in Fl, I am going to write a letter to the Governor.

Don't hold your breath, contact the Better Business Bureau put all your infomnation in and then send them a registered letter with return receipt to Nationwide Marketing Solutions.  I had done this plus contact my credit card company.  My next step is to contact the local police and district attorney in Florida.  If I have to I will put an notice in the local paper.  I want these people put behind bars.  By the way hang up on American Marketing Group they are just like Nationwide Marketing Solutions.  They are also in the same area.
