Got a call from 561-433-5014, from Profile Research stated they were calling from a research company on behalf of FPL.  Reference to my most recent power outage.  Asked questions about FPL's service, etc.

A woman called me on my cell, during daytime, pretending this was FPL calling regarding my complaint for an FPL power outage. She then asked me if my address was ... in... FL.

I answered that if she was really calling from FPL regarding a call I would have made to FPL, then she new what my address was; consequently, I requested that she provides to me her full name, the name of her company and her phone, and that I will figure out from there. She answered "sure" "of course" said her name was "Dona" calling from Profile Marketing. I observed that "Dona" is not a full name and that Marketing Profile is not FPL, it rather sounds like somebody looking for identity information using FPL name and power outages as an easy justification. She insisted, "no" "Marketing Profile is doing a survey for FPL following last week outage". I said that I did not believe her and we politely ended the conversation.

On Internet, the only Profile Marketing in Palm Beach county that I found had a different phone number.

A female at this number called me at my place of employment and left no message.
