I had a similar situation from the same company, though for the timeshares they go by "Universal".  The number prefix is the same but the rest are different #'s;932-1139 & 713-2648.  Said they had a lined up buyer for my timeshare for $17,400 and I needed to come up with $2,796.96 on a major credit card & would overnight the contract to me which I should receive by Wed.  I asked them for references of people who have already closed on their timeshare successfully with this method of operation.  Will see.

This number called me (supposedly from Creative Home Mortgage Solutions) to say they had a buyer lined up for my timeshare willing to spend $17,500 and all I needed was to give them $999 (deposit) via major credit card and they would FedEx me the transfer papers. Told them to beat it. Price was TOO high and no reason to give a "deposit" to sell something.

This number is calling and saying they can rent out my timeshare for 4100.00 a week, but it will cost me 700.00 first.
I told them to email me the info...haven't heard anything yet.
