And yes, investing in securities is risky (much like gambling) and if you don't take a vested interest in your own investment portfolio, and watch what is happening regarding its performance, you stand to lose. In fact, even the most experienced and qualified money managers LOSE in certain markets. I wouldn't expect you to know the first thing "beast", and won't bother trying to explain it to you bc your head would explode to grasp the complexities of financial valuations and analysis.

What recourse do we have against them. I have lost a significant sum of money as well

My department coordinator received a call from 5616150843  "Dillon" who was extraordinarily rude to her.
After reading this string of emails, I realized what type of caller this was.  Is there no way for us to shut them down?  It's a total scam!

Oh No Not Again. These people have been harassing my staff from time to time. They claim to be in the business of selling stocks. what bothers me is that they will call my office and tell the staff that they are my personal friend and want to speak to me. My staff feels obligated to let me know. This happens about 2-3 times a year. There may be some kind of cyclical phone call rotation going on. The whole demeanor is very pushy and deceitful. Why do they  want to start a business deal with Lie is beyond me?

Hey, UNTAMED. I dont think you understand what an investment bank is. They tell me a stock...I buy the stock and they charge a comission. Whatever that may be. They don't keep my money at all. All my money goes into stock. If I were a client I would get a reciept from the NYSE about purchase of the stock. And from the research i've done on this company they sell registered securities like stocks. The money doesnt collect 'interest' it just grows as the price of the stock increases.

I personally had just invested with NSM securities and made a lot of money from the stocks they advised me to buy. NSM is one of the best investment bank I have ever worked with and is a great company to invest with.

In the report you initially listed it doesnt seem to me as if Niyukt Bhasin was reprimanded. If anything it shows he left the company.

Also, the picture you have sent, how can you claim the validity of a random mugshot???i tried googling the name and I was unable to find the same picture so it seems as if you have posted a random mugshot.

I'm a Dr. and i would actually recoomend these guys. I did my research ofcourse I was skeptical at first but they gave me a quote on a solid company. Took the risk and wound up ahead by a nice bit. I now use these guys for all of my retirement, childrens education, and short term accounts. In short I am happy with my decision.
I did do a bit a of research and found they maintained a B+ rating with the BBB(Better Business Bureau) and were registered with FINRA and the SEC.

Ummm... the original poster talked about buying stock from India, not about a caller trying to fix his computer.

And why does anyone "have to appreciate the work those guys doing"?  Firstly, are you short on verbs today?  Secondly, why would anyone appreciate an attempt to scam them?

FINRA is the largest independent securities regulator in the US.
Basicall them and the SEC (Securities and Exchange Comission) moniter companies to see if they are following guidelines. The first post seems to have been made over 5 years ago.
This along with the fact that this company is still in business shows that these guys are doing legitimate business.
You can do all fact checking yourself but its pretty much confirmed they are legit and doing legitimate business.

I am not a client this number just seems to be getting a lot of posts so I just thought I'd put an end to it
