I have been getting calls from phone number 561-623-1404 6 time per day, no one is on the other end, they will just hang up without leaving a message, it is very annoying.

No one anwsered has called three times in ten minutes. Does anyone know who this is?

It is a fwlony in the state of Nevada to make or place harrassing or unwanted phone calls under Nevada Law Section 201.255.The company is ACHI Berry Products and theur provider is Global Crossing Local Network. The call I received was at 3:30 PM Pacific Time on Friday May 22,2009.

This company keeps call my cell phone.  Not even sure how they obtained my number.  They should be fined by the FCC

Calls come in at least 5x's a day - no one leaves a message. Very annoying and I want it stopped.

Calls just started - 2 within 1 minute. I no longer answer calls with unknown numbers. Phone companies need to figure out how to block these annoying calls... especially as they are now invading cell systems. This is the third major culprit this week. I have a new cell number, so did the Do Not Call Registry. We'll see...

SOLUTION:

I was receiving these calls, did the search just like everyone else, and came to this website. As one person mentioned, I called 1-866-394-0909 (it may take a few times to actually get someone on the phone), and the guy answers talking very fast. I told him that I keep receiving phone calls from a 561 number, know that they are a 3rd party for them, and that if I received one more phone call I was going to file a lawsuit. Made him repeat that he understood and was "crystal clear", and he said understood.

I had to tone it down because my kids were in the car, otherwise it would have sounded like a mix between a Chris Rock and Dennis Leary concert.

This number has been calling me for two weeks straight. The calls stop at 5pm each day. I called the operator since you cannot return a call to this number. She stated it is based out of Florida but no listing for a business. Today after six calls I finally (since I'm always at work) picked up. It was a male, with a accent wanting to offer a special "deal". I told him what he could do with his deal and suggested he take me off his list and cease immediately from calling me.

Finally!!!! The mystery is solved -- It is a third party telemarketer!!!! I got on their list from looking up info on the ACAI Berry supplement- They are very insistent and very rude! To call them back call 1-866-394-0909

these people have called my daughters cell phone 14 times in 2 days..2 different extensions 1404 and 1403..like everyone else we tried to call back and only got silence and then a recording stating number had been disconnected. Called our cell phone provider and was told there was nothing we could do about it however by not answering the call she would not be charged for any minutes.

2x in the last 20 mins.

I have not received a call since my last message.  I thank God for that!  When I yelled Jesus!!!!!!!!  They said something and I scream at them and they never called back! Hallelujah!!!!!!!!!!! I would never used that product Acai Berry!  I pobably doesn't work anyway and I really don't need it!

You know who ever they are they have to understand that telephone harrassment is against the law. We can sue i dont think they want all of us to sue them for harrassment do they???

I think its a cingular scam to try & use up all my minutes so I have to buy more...

This call is coming from Acai Berry.  The number to talk to a person is 1-561-623-1402.  This man finally spoke to me regarding the Acai Berry and I shouted not to call me ever again, and that I would never use this product.  The last call I received was 02-18-09 and today is 02-23-09.  I really hope that was the final call.

I have had 3 calls today, spaced by approx 3hrs. each to my cell phone. I did not take any of the calls. Once to my home, I tried to call the number and got no answer at all...actually, just static only on the line. I then googled up the number and got this site.  How do I stop this intrusion to my cell phone service? I will take whatever actions necessary to put a stop to this for me and everyone else!

This number keeps calling - won't leave a message. Called today 02/09/09 and asked for Rhonda - My husband said this is her Husband and asked for her name and she said Sherri - when he asked who she was with, she hung up on him.  We tried calling the number back and got a message saying call could not go through. Who are these idiots?????????

These people have begun calling me as well, it is a Flordia prefix

um yeah they've been calling me like 4 times a day! I live in Atlanta, GA so I don't know why someone from FL would be calling me. I finally answered today and it was some young sounding guy and he said "sorry I have the wrong number, sorry for disturbing you."
