OK, first of all none of the employees know what ATT stands for. It is ATLANTIC TELEHONE AND TELEGRAPH (ATT). Use that. if they don't know the answer to your question they are a fake. First of all ATT condones the behavior of 3rd party vendors. Outbound you by law have to proclain you are ACG or any other third party vendor. Inbound you can say you are ATT. When I escalated the complaint with ATT they claimed "they want to make the whole process transparent for their customers".  So if ATT thinks this is acceptable to have recovering drug addicts take care of their precious customers all I have to do is say SHAME ON THEM.  Says alot about THEM doesn't it.  And to think all of this is LEGAL?

Just got another call from them. Programmed them into my cell phone as "Zat&t" with the ringer turned off so I don't have to stop what I'm doing to see who's calling. Have quite a few "Z's" in my cellphone to keep it from ringing when solicitors call. (The "Z" prefix is to keep them away from the other names in my cellphone's phonebook.)I call this tactic by AT&T, and the others, "Harrassment Marketing". They're on my list of companies to NEVER do business with. AOL is another.

Received a call from this number every day for the last week.  They just hang on the phone and do not speak.  Very annoying!

"Vince" calls regularly statig they offer FIOS for a DSL replacement at the same price as DSL.  We requested an email outlinig his offer, "Vince" said he would send , but have not recieved.  Verified the "qualification with the VZ Business Prtenership Channel which we are part of..The site does not qulaify for FIOS so we certainly question the validity of these calls.  No plan to proceed with this suspect scenario.  If they're truly with VZ, they answer as being Verizon.

AT&T scum trying to tell you that you've "qualified" for some special deal where you only pay about $20 more than you're paying now.  Have asked these slimeballs on no less than 4 occasions to put me on their do not call list and they still call twice a day.

I get 6 to 8 calls a day from AT&T "affilate" marketers every day.  Even though AT&T says on their website that your information will not be shared with anyone, THEY LIE!!!  I have been put on the "blocked" call list by 4 different very nice AT&T operators.  Everytime they tell me that whoever told me that didn't follow through but they assure me they will do it right this time.  They always tell me that I am paying 89.00 a month for computer service, but if I upgrade they will reduce it to 69.00.  I am paying 52.00.  They burn through 15 minutes a week on my cell phone as well as wasting 25 to 30 calls a week on my office phone.  Is there no way to stop them?

I get call from this guys two times a day, they only just hangs up every time we answer.

Calls & hangs up, today at about 10-10:15a.m. Often enough to be anpoying. What about the wasted minutes. Who pays?

We get a call from 561-686-3708 about every 2 days at 945-10am in the morning. I pick up and they hang up

I get a call everyday from this number!  How do you stop it!!!

Looks as if no one has commented on this number in a while.  They called and hung up at my store this morning.  I am guessing they hang up so much on everyone because the auto dial they use calls many numbers at one time and whoever picks up first loses!  Caller ID A T T Authorize

I got a call from this number 561-686-3078 and the person said they were AT & T and that "I had called them".  That is not true and I told the lady I did not call them.  She said I did and that I asked for info about my business account.  I told her NO...........I did not call them.  She then asked me if I was (she pronunced my name correctly) and I said Yes!!!..... that is me but I never called and not interested. So I told her goodbye and she said goodbye.  Next time if they call, I will inform them they are in violation of the "DO NOT CALL LIST" for which I am registered.

Unfortunately if you are a business your number is not protected on the Do Not Call list.

Actually, you can put your business number on the No Call List. I have all of mine listed there and only very rarely get an unsolicited call.

Call from 561-686-3078, caller id as AT&T.Auth. Male voice-asked if he called a business or residence. When I answered residence, he hung up

Someone called my mobile phone and asked for the PG&E customer for this address. I ahve never given out my phone number for solocitation I identified myself as such but did not give my name. The caller began to offer me something for my commercial service. My account with PG&E is not commercial. I told the caller this and to immediately remove me from their list and hung up. The caller clearly did not know my name and I have no idea where they got this information.

keep getting calls from 561-686-3078...clr id says att auth.  but the caller says they can save be $$$$ on PG&E.  I can hear other callers in the background....they are just a boiler room.  girl got mad and hung up after I asked how much she made a hour for calling?  I guess I insulted her when I asked if it was a minimum paying job and it's too bad she didn't have better job skills.  I love keeping them on line ...just crushes them when they finally figure out...I wasted their time!

Called at 10:26 A.M. and just hung up, again.  I think it's a scam to get you to call back so they have proof that you called them.  Then they charge your phone bill, especially AT&T bills.

Identified herself as "Robin with PG&E" and talked about a gas discount for businesses, wanted service ID# from PG&E bill, then hung up when I asked her where she was calling from that she didn't already have that information, she promptly hung up.  I called PG&E directly, they said this was a scam from a 3rd party trying to switch your gas/electric services.  SCAM!

Got a call from  561-686-3078- saying on caller ID that it was AT&T but the gal "yolonda" asked about speaking to person in charge of PG&E. I hung up. THEN about 5 minutes later I got a call from 1-888-869-0720 caller ID says TOLL FREE CALL, and it's "yolonda" again stating that she had been put on hold... then I hung up again. If she calls back I will have some choice words for her... Wish we could find the person's number who is calling us and we could keep calling them! or make annoying dialing sounds then hang up.

The person calling told me they were calling from PG&E to let me know I was entitled to a 10% discount on my gas bill.  Wanted me to look up my account information so she could determine if I qualified.

Called my cell phone, left a message that clearly says..."Let me make this crystal clear to you, you're not gettin' nothin'!". Very creepy!!

Caller ID said A T T Authorize but asked to speak to the person who handles the PG&E (Pacific Gas and Electric) bill. I told them we don't have PG&E and he apologized for dialing the wrong number and hung up.
