This a bill collector. They specialize in payday loan scams and debts that past the sol and  are now deemed
Uncollectable. Give them no information. They are pond scum bottom feeders.  Vision financial is the company.

I answered but  got a hang up.  No one said anything.

The caller would not give name or company representing and hung up.

I am on the DNC list....seems to be pointless as I continually receive telemarketing calls!  I hung up!

Even if they say they are calling for the police or firemen it is still a telemarketer selling for these departments.   My son worked for one of these telemarketer and they were horrible.  He was not allowed to sit down until he made a sale.  They would bring in pizza and you could only have some if you had made a sale.

These people have called me at least 20 times. They TRY to get a woman to answer or to talk to.. They feel they car persuade them into a DONATION. They might as well understand RIGHT NOW.. We do NOT DO PHONE DONATIONS.. Understand? Nothing over the phone.. ZERO. NADA..

calling back directly only gives you message,  call 18002991895 to have your phone # removed and enlist in their "free do not call list" press 9, their system recognizes # you are calling from if not blocked, then press 1 to confirm.  police athletic league looking for donations, nonprofit company not calling illegally.

561-693-4118  supposed to be a PAL charity call...Unfortuneately, regardless of the fact that many of us are on the National Do Not Call Registry, these charitable calls are...LEGAL...the Do Not Call Registry excludes charities...WHY IS THAT????

I have been receiving calls from this number for months. When  I answer there is no one there, if it goes to voicemail it leave a message to dial 1...

Received call from asking for woman of the house by first name.  When told she was not in caller abruptly disconnected.  Caller ID said local call but area code is Palm Beach County and called number is in Broward County, FL.

This number called and knew my boyfriends first name. I thaught this was a friend of his but he does not know any Alans. I called back and it went to a recording of a police sports fundraiser.

I dialed this number *67 (when you done want them to get your number) then 561-693-4118  and there was a recorded message that stated this was the State of Fl Police Atheltic Lead... I hung up.
Just don't call back.

I picked it up and answered it this time..."Johnathan" from the Police Athletic League.  561 is NOT our local area code - it shows up on caller ID as a "local number".  Scam?

This number calls several time a day. "do not call list is a joke.

these idiots call all the time,,usually I do not answer but when I want to have fun I answer... No big deal... I would never, ever give them real information anyway. I give them the address of the police station,,, These people do not know how to telemarket honestly.... It gives real charitable orgs the bum wrap... besides any telemarketer worth their salt knows if you wanna get it done. go thru the wife first.  They always hang up... Stupid...

I receive several calls from the number listed above and it disconnects after a few rings. I would like this to stop.

If the call is a number you don't recognize don't pick it up.  That's a simple rule.  It can only lead to regret.  If it's Police Athletic League or something like that asking for donations then why to they have to disguise the call as Local Area Call.  The area code in my case was from out of town even though it said this.  As I don't need government in my life and that includes police I wouldn't give them anything anyway.  I have been the victim of many crimes and they are absolutely no help.  I can solve my own problems.

I'm tired of receiving calls from this number! It's every day, in the afternoon and evening. Always asking for my husband, by his name, not even his last name!!!!  It's really annoying. I don't know how to get rid of them, Most of the time I don't answer the phone... but really? At 9pm???

Calls every day, never leaves a message

This is a scam.  A black guy in Davie, Florida called.   He said they were taking donations for the police athletic league.  These groups take in donations and barely donate anything.  They are being investigated for fraud.  He wouldn't give me an answer when I asked for his address or how the money is divided up.  He got nervous when I mentioned the FBI.

called my home @ 8:45pm on 1/25/2012 and asked for my husband, when i told them he was not home, i asked whose calling and they said they'll back later and hung up on me...

Received a call from this number at 7:55pm 1/5/12 and the called asked for my husband by 1st name i said he's not available, but this is his wife, who is this? He said this is Jonathan and Gilbert (last name) is not available? and I said no he's not.  He said OK, and hung up...I tried calling the # back and it was busy... We too are on the DNC list.  Called back another time and it gave me music of some sort...weird!

Received several calls over several days asking to speak with the owner of the business. As soon as I tell him that the owner is not available they hang up, as I am saying that the owner is never here. These calls are BS...
