This clown now uses fake names on Facebook to screw with people...same story, states hes an Investigator. Contacted a very good friend with local State Police and is running him down now. He is commiting crimal actions by what he is doing. Misreprestening himself on social medias as he is can cost him dearly. "IF" this person is a investigator he needs his paper yanked. Uses nam JIM BLOCK on Facebook, a female with the name Chin from CA who states "she" is a fashion desinger. What a lowlife..he's just a repoman screwing with people on subjects that are closed.

Hello this guy Calvin Foster 's called me stating that he was suspending my license , insurance and tags. He also stated that the police officer would be at my house within in a hour to arrest me. He stated that i owed money on a car ,, but did not know how much or who was the finance company was.. I knew he was a scam.. I  had my attorney call him.. He coward down.. Then he had the nerve to call me back and say that i could refinance my car through him... for 5000.00 dollars.. I then told him. i did a background check on him, He has no license , He works out of his home,, and that i was reporting him.., He hung up very scared

I also got a message from this number and a guy named 'Calvin".  He was very curt and rude.  The message was for my boyfriend's ex-wife.  She has money troubles so I am sure it is in reference to some sort of unpaid bill but he claimed that her name was listed on his records with my address and phone #.  Something is fishy because she lives in ANOTHER STATE.  He gave me the same story about building a case against her.  In his message he told her that she 'must not understand the severity of the situation'

The guy called my brother's phone in referrence to my other brother.  Reportedly, he told him that they were building a case against him and he was with the FBI,  I don't buy it because the name Calvin Foster doesn't come up on any public searches  FBI members are considered public officials!  I called his number back and he answered.  I remained silent just tohear his voice.  I myself am a Pivate investigator.

Rcvd one call from 561 697 7787 did not answer but I have received other strange calls recently.I have the distinct feeling that I am being followed and shadowed. I am not paranoid. I owe less than $500 in back child support and I owe less than $500 in taxes, however nothing would surprise me.

I received a message from "Calvin Foster" at WORK!!!!   His message stated that he's left me countless messages and that it's extremely unprofessional that I haven't returned his calls.  Mind you this is the first message I've received from him.  He didn't state the nature of his call or why I should even call back....  I haven't returned his call and after reading everyone else's comments I most likely won't be calling.   He doesn't sound like a pleasant person.

I kept getting calls for a Tanya Black on one my three phone lines in my home office from a Calvin Foster about a serious matter and leaves business cards at my door. I have lived at my home for five years and there has never been a Tanya Black living at my house that I own! This guy needs to get better information before he bother people. The only good thing is he calling  number that is a thrid line that doubles as a fax.

Calvin Foster has called this office as well couple of times as of July-August 2010. He will not provide the proper information to you, other than seek personal identity information on one. He is a fraud and I have reported him along with his three phone numbers to the Federal Trade Commission Consumer Response Center at 1-877-382-4357, the FCC will not do anything for you on this issue. have been receiving calls from this guy, "calvin foster", leaving messages says it's extremely important that he speak to ________ TODAY regarding a pending case that she is involved in in Palm Beach county & that he doesn't think she is fully aware of what is going on with the case.....i've told him several times that _______ doesn't live here, (apparently she used to, we rent here)....and do NOT call here again! He says that he will remove this number, however he continues to call....i'm really getting fed up with the harrassing phone calls...any suggestions as to what I can do?

I received a message from this guy threatening to suspend my drivers license if I didn't return his call. He states I was involved in some investigaton. I have friends who are lawyers and I'm certainly not involved in any investigation. And of course cannot suspend my license.

This is a repo company. I have been getting messages from Calvin Foster also from this number. I found out that is who they are when they showed up at my job looking for my ex girlfriends car that is in my name , she stopped paying the payments & the bank is looking to repo it.

A relative of mine (whom is pregnant) called me scared to death about my well being. Reason is because she received a phone call from a detective name Calvin Foster in West Palm Beach, who is looking for me. Now the last time I checked i wasn't in any trouble and never have been (glad to say). So for a DETECTIVE to start looking for little ole me, is bogus. Anyway i took the number my relative was left with and did a little of my own investigation. Come to find out his name wasn't Calvin, its Charles M James. the loser seem to have mislead a lot of people because the search was utterly easy. However I am pending a case against him as of today. I would advise everyone else to do the same whomever been a victim of this loser.

I just got a phone call from this same guy. When I told him his last name, he asked me how I got it. I told him, you left your name when you called!! I then asked him what he wanted, he told me "someone was planning to file a suit against me", and that he was an investigator from Palm Beach. He then asked me for my name so he could look up my file. I asked him how its possible that would know my phone number but not my name. I told him I was a lawyer with the Department of Homeland Security, and I wanted his license number, to which he responded, please disregard this call. I don't know what this clown is up to but beware. As far as I know I am not behind in any bills, so I have no idea as to what he would be trying to collect on.

I would think that if a case is being built against someone that a lawyer would be doing it not a PI. These low lifes work by intimidating people and raising there blood-pressure just because they can get away with it.  And besides isn't there a law on impersonating an official?

A man called Calvin Foster called me at work, after I told him not to. After I told him not to call me  he got very verbally abusive.  He would not tell me who or why he was calling.  He also calls from 561-616-1022.
I reported him to the FCC and the Do not call.  I also activated *60 (block option) and I blocked this number - the last thing I need is to get fired from my job because this jerk keeps calling.

"Calvin" left a very threatening message on my voice mail today BUT the message was for my boyfriend's EX-WIFE!  He claims that my address and phone number are listed with her name on his "paperwork".  She is probably in collections and he must have been hired to find her, he has all of the charm of a bill collector.  The ironic thing is she lives in MISSOURI not South Florida and he was surprised to learn that she isnt local.  If I get a business card in my mailbox like the person in a previous post I will flip out!

Scary to think that some stranger was on our property....Stalker??!!  A few days later there is a message on our answering machine from some guy (calls himself Calvin Foster) saying that this is a very urgent matter regarding a case I am involved in. This guy has called our home on NUMEROUS occassions, harassing my 84-yr. old mother. He was also looking for my older brother. Said they were "building a case against him". For what? I've NO clue. My mother has told him not to call, that my brother doesn't live here, & she doesn't know his number (which is true). He's so much as called her a liar. Today he called for the 4th or 5th time. I was at work & had Mom get the # off of the Caller ID, & called this clown myself. I've also done a reverse lookup on this idiot, & the # comes back to a Charles M James, 325 Executive Center Drive, #B106, West Palm Beach. Anyhow.... I told him why I was calling, & that I was tired of him harassing my mother. He said... Do you know WHY I'm calling? I told him I don't really care why he's calling, that my brother's an adult, & I'm NOT responsible for him (my brother's 60). He then told me he's a PI & they're "building a case against him", & I said that's NOT my problem. He wanted to know if I talked to my brother, & I told him NO (which is true). & that IF he's a PI, he can find my brother himself, that I'm NOT doing his work for him. He then said that our # was the last # they had for my brother, & I told him that he hasn't lived at that # in at least 10 years, so DON'T CALL US AGAIN. If he does, I'm reporting him for harassing the elderly.
