Feb 24 2010. A man calling himself Robert called me today. He wanted to put a bid in on my timeshare that was not for sale. The caller id read 561-721-1923 but he said to call him back at 561-294-4380. My timeshare is not for sale and I have no idea how he got my personal cell number. He left a message and wanted me to call back. Beware.

funny, the guy that called me was named Robert too...
At first he wanted to survey me on my experience with my timeshare.
Then I asked what the company he was with is call and he stated "Timeshare Taskforce".
I continued to ask how he got my information and it's basically the same way the fraud companies get them...via the Internet due to the fact that the timeshare companies sell your information. (So not only do the resorts make money off you via loan/maintenance fees, but they also sell your information!)
After getting more info, I said he can get back to his questions. He just repeated what I've learned about fraud companies claiming to sell timeshares for their clients.
Then I asked if there was something he could do for us or a number I could get back to him. When he called, my caller id stated private(!?!), but he gave me this number (561-294-4380)...Florida...what a surprise.
Then he said that they help people get their money back from these fraud companies.
That was the end of that conversation.
Looked up "Timeshare taskforce" via Google...another fraud company (??!)
After more educating myself via the Internet...the whole timeshare industry is a fraud.

I have almost the identical story.  I was also given a closing date of 6/1/10 and paid two different fees (one for title search and the other for the remaining weeks on my timeshare).  Have you had any results?  Please let me know and I will do the same.

April 15 2010 received a call from Sam Garrett who claimed to be the Director of Sales for TS Luxury Group.  561-721-1923 was the telephone number from where the call was placed. We spoke and he told me that he had a buyer for my timeshare and then proceeded to ask me what kind of timeshare I had and the details, I asked how he could have a buyer if he didn't know what I had to sell. He said it didn't matter because a large corp was looking to buy us timeshare points to give away as incentives. He gave me the speil about a contract to be overnighted to me and all he needed was $1328 to make it happen.  He asked for a credit card number and then asked that I notify the fraud unit of the credit card company to assure that they would honor the payment. I know it sounds fishy and I am hoping that the deal goes through, he said 60-90 days tops. Wish me luck, right now I feel like a victim.

Say I got a call from these people also, but they were even better than all these stories I read about.TS Luxury Group they called themselves, the guys name was Benjamin, who turned me over to his manager named James. They wanted 10% of the sale price of 17,000.00 for the escrow company to hold till they knew for sure we were the true owners of our timeshare. That would be 1,700.00 up front. They said they could not send contracts with out this money first. It sounded really good, but knew it was fishy.

Feb.3/10 Received a demanding tele call from John, Dir. of Sales @ TSLuxuryGroup.com. I told him that Ron Signorelli was previously informed that I was not interested in doing business with them...this TS Group also Premier are scam jobs.  This crazy man then went into a violent and abusive tirade, a tale of losing the sale they had made for Cabo timeshare, but good news I have another prospective sale. I advised him I checked on TS it is a scam, he refused to stop and give up...went on and on and demanded "Give me your Discover or Master Card so I can proceed." I told him calling the provided BBB# was also a fraud and BBBureau in Florida was not able to verify the phony phone #(561)842-1918 that they proclaims a glowing report on TS. I said I will not give any $990 upfront fee - this is a scam (Signorelli wanted 3x$575.00).  I will report company to FBI tomorrow and to the Federal Trade Commission also Attorney General in Florida.  This sales person has to be stopped - he is dangerous and I will inform Lifelock as well to make sure they don't put anything on a credit card.  A few months back Odyssey Capital Management put $9,500 on a credit card...these crooks have managed to get #'s illegally and can't be trusted.

Just got a call from 561-721-1974 (caller ID says 5617211923), very similar, same fee of $1328 requested in order to "move forward with sale of timeshare to interested buyer in Detroit", the guy called me a "piker" because I insisted in receiving more information in writing, pointed me to their website tsluxurygroup.com which shows it as headquartered in the UK (Durham County as I recall), very insistent even as I apologized for being a piker, told him to find a better customer then and hung up, but I truly feel bad for anyone who falls for this pitch. I would not do business with anyone who refuses to provide their offers in writing.

TIMESHARE MARKETING SCAM!  Not 24 hrs after we caught Premier Timeshare Solutions lying to us and scamming us, we got a call from Gary with TS LUXURY GROUP, who claims to market timeshares, lux cars and liners.  All he did was bad mouth Premier and told us there were no fees, couldn't explain why they were different from Premier so handed me to his Dir. of Sales JOHN CONWAY(you can look up his # on this site also, there is a report against him as well. its 561-598-2198). He told me there was a fee of $1328.  They  are registered with the BBB under a different address than what's on their website.  They also called my husband's work and the only people who had that # was Premier Timeshare Solutions!  They are related.
