I recieved a call on my business line (registered "no call list) I contacted the 877 number and got Courtney. I ask for the fiction character Steve Wilson (not available). Told her to remove my number and not to call again. I believe that we should find their fax number and do the Ol' fax loop paper and tie the machine up for hours on end. I'm with everyone else call them as much as they bother everyone else

I ignore any call I don't know, and let the machine screen all calls. These people don't bother with the do not call list, and apparently no one in government does. Maybe now that we have regulation minded people again, we might get these morons heavily fined like the do not call list intended.

Immediate hang up when I ask who they work for. Wanted to know who my CC were with and said they represent "several national lenders and credit card companies"

Received the same call on two numbers at my home both are on the DO NOT CALL registery.

I called the Federal Trade Commission and filed a complaint. I was told that this is a fraudulent company and therefore they don't abide by the "do not call" registry. This company is trying to get your credit card information.

It is a scam.

Do not give them any information. Do not answer the phone and do not call them back.

Calls every day, ignore them  or turn them into FTC or STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL. They ere trying to get info from you to scam credit cards.  These calls are out of hand latley. I turn every one I can in.

Receive repeated call for lowering my credit card rates.  I am on the "Do not call" list so find this infuriating.

out there think that the National Do Not Call List is somewhat of a joke?  

I have been on this list from its inception and still receive these crappy, annoying calls.  

The people at this number are very rude when you try to speak to them and don't give them the info they have been instructed to get.  I can't imagine how horrendous it must be to work there (and its many counterparts).  

Turns out that on this date (3.17.09) Steve Wilson doesn't appear to be available............hmmmmmmmmmmmmm, I wonder why.

When you dial the 877-317-6098 number you can also ask for Steve Wilson (id12038) ext. 2401. and ask him personally to remove your number from their call list.

This group changes names just about every day was Financial Protective Services, then  Personal data systems, most recent Life changing solutions. These are name changes for just the last month. Prior to that credit services and so no. good luck

You can bug these people by calling 877-317-6098.  This a working number as of March 16,2009.  Keep calling until they stop these phone calls.

Caller states last chance to lower my credit card interest rates. They say that they are from "Acount Serices" or " Credit Serices". Every time they are asked about whom they work for, it results in an immediate hang up. If they were legitimate, they would stay on the line. Avoid giving any information to this group!

Received a call from 561-742-7076 while I was on the computer - I dialed it back and it was a disconnected number.

One interesting thing to note is that I have an unlisted & non-published number and have not had the number more than 6 months, if that. No living person has this number - it is the number I use only for my computer.

I called back the 877-317-6098, each time I asked "what does your company do?" they hang up on me.  After I called back about 6 times I received a call from some jack*** claiming he's in the "security department" and threatened to call the police on me for harassment.  Funny, I'm trying to call the cops on them for the same thing!  No matter how many time I ask these jerks to put me on the DNC list they keep calling every day.  These scam artists won't give any company info, but I'm sure they're pissed that their scam is in the public now.  Give 'em hell !!!   877-317-6098

I reported them also.  Though it's a slim hope, I still hope that eventually someone will catch scammers like this and really stick it to them.  (Take their assets and make them destitute jail them).  Short of that, this sort of crap won't stop.

I suspect that the phone companies sell our phone numbers to them.  It uses up minutes on cell phones, so they collect more money by billing us.

To the person that got a call back from Jack, with the security department. Tell them to go ahead so that you can counter sue.  Dail *67 before the 1-866 - 317-6098, that blocks you number.  I have been bugging them every day since my March 16 posting.  Mostly I just call and after Courtney or who ever answers I just stay on the line until they hang up. Steve who I played along with on the scam twice, after the first time he was "piss". said that it would never happen again.  Well it did, told him I used someone elses credit card, said that was illegal, my comment was so is what you are going - he hung up. That made my day.  I think I will not block my number and let Jack call me.  Can wait.

Calls constantly.  I've tried to speak to someone and I've always gotten a hang up or a busy signal.

Put your number on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.  You can do it online for up to 3 phone numbers.

They are directting people to a business. this should be criminal!!!

Called at 10:48 a.m., didn't answer, as I was looking up their number and saw it was a scam as the phone was ringing.  They did not leave a message.

Keep calling the 1-877-317-6098 number.  This number is the customer service number for not only the credit card services, but the car warrarty spam as well.  Turn about is fair play.

Report them to the do not call complaint url.  its easy, and it is effective if you also send an email to fccinfo@fcc.com and complain about your tax dollars not being used as promised to stop these calls.. but for some fun, press the 1, get an agent, then pound the hell out of your phone against the wall, floor, table or whatever..

Here is something else to consider.. calling them on their 877 number costs them.. lets keep that number busy all day long, every day, if it is busy, call right back.. let's make them pay for 8 or 10 hours a day of high dollar 877 line time.. LET'S GO GET THESE BASTARDS!

i called the number listed from another comment and asked for Steve Wilson. They said he was in a meeting and was there for 15 more minutes. Asked for my name number gave them my cell for him to return my call. The receptionist asked for my client number I told her i didnt not have one. That is when she got rude and hung up the phone. I guess we will see if he calls back.

I JUST GOT A CALL FROM 561-742-7076. SAID IT WAS ABOUT MY CREDIT CARDS. I PRESSED 1 TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE. I TOLD HER I DIDN'T HAVE ANY CREDIT CARDS, & I DIDN'T WANT TO GET ANY MORE CALLS FROM THEM. SHE ASKED ME WHAT MY PHONE # WAS, SO I TOLD HER. I SAID, I'M ALSO ON THE NATIONAL AND STATE 'DO NOT CALL' LISTS, AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME. RUDE! I AM GOING TO PUT IN A 'DO NOT CALL' COMPLAINT, TOO, IF I CAN FIND THE EMAIL ADDRESS.

Verizon has a department called the illegal call department.  Not sure about other phone companies, but Verizon has put me on hold and called telemarketers for me to tell them to stop calling.  These scam companies such as 561-742-7076 hire scumbags who sit at phone banks in vacant warehouses and other such places.

This is 5th call to my business phone.  When I speak to a rep to be removed from the calling list they hang up
