Ditto all of the above.  They call about once every 2 weeks.  Seems to be no way to stop them.

How many times does one number need to be reported to the Feds before something is done??? I have been getting the same calls for well over a year, I report everytime and every number. Still getting the same calls from the same numbers. I even have all 6 of the numbers saved in my phone as DO NOT CALL. I get at least 3 cals from DO NOT CALL a week. It is getting to the point of me going to florida and finding these places where the numbers are listed to find the people who need my info that bad.

I have been getting the calls from 888-249-4134 and 561-784-9844 for at least a year. About the same auto warranty crap. It started with 3-5 a times a day, it has gone down to 3-5 times a week (for the last month or so). I have sent complaints; the Do-Not-Call registry 3 times, the FCC 2 times and the FTC 1 time. I included links to the many blogs that complain about these a-holes.
I contacted my local phone company and was told, "call blocking is not available in your area". The calls continue. I am at a loss... how can these a-holes continue to harass decent people? Why are they untouchable?

Auto warranty scam. Seems that 90% of the scam calls are these kind today. I always file a complaint and will this time, too, but I doubt that it will make any difference. Apparently these scum have figured out how to snag somebody else's number and make it the caller ID.

They called and said it was my last chance to lower my monthly charge card finance charges.    They hung up when I started asking questions of who they are.....I gave no info....a fraud!
I have tried calling them back for 2 days ....line still "busy"!

I am tired of getting telemarketers calling me up.  I have placed all phones on do-not-call list and have updated periodically.  They keep calling and there is no way of telling them to stop because it is all computerized now.  Please help stop the calls!!!

They call for every week and will not stop. I asked them to take me out from their list but still KEEP CALLING US. It's annoying.....

Keep getting calls from these people, have relayed to removed me as we are a No call state number, but they persist, no one picks up to add me to the removal list after transfer.

I was at my computer when they called so I didn't answer; instead, I quickly typed the number into my search engine and your site came up.  THANKS!  I'm putting them on the 'reject' list.  I'm considering getting one of those air horns for callers like this.  I saw a great site called, 'fun with telemarketers'.  Until we can get them shut down, maybe we can at least have some entertainment at their expense *-)

Same experiences as above -- more of the same from these creeps that make a mockery of the do-not-call list on which I've been since Day 1.  Why is this operation not shut down?!

These people keep calling me about my car but their info is messed up because the person they have listed as the owner is not me... but they have the make and model of my car correct. The first time they phoned (to let me know this was my last chance to extend the warranty) they gave the wrong name as the owner and I told them so -- they wanted my name and I refused to give it so they hung up on me. Imagine?  Meanwhile, since they've called multiple times since I guess it really wasn't my last chance afterall ;) still.. I don't answer.

We received a call from them, no message left.  It appears that it rings busy when we try them back.  I would love to send them "intent to sue" since we've been on the 'do not call' list for years & we have no business relationship with this company.  It appears that they are "spoofing" telephone numbers.  Thank goodness for my trusty program that I can block their phone number.

This is absoutely absurd!! ive been receiving calls from this number for a couple of months...how they obtained my telephone number, beats me...my number is non-published for a reason not to mention im on the do not call registery!!! saturday when i received the call i asked the guy nicely not to call my house again (they hang up on me everytime)...obviously ive told them i swear 900 times not to call again....then i got a telephone call today and the guys name was "josh"..i asked him how he got my number and i told him that saturday that i told his co-worker not to call!!! he proceeded to call me obsecne names multiple times and told me he would call morning, noon and night until i was in a better mood..i then hung up and called the operater and had the number traced to florida then called the dontnotcall.gov number and the fcc and made formal complaints with them..i cannont believe that they would employ such people...that is just GREAT for business...hahaha!!! if they continue to call i will make a harassment report with the police and turn the number over to the news stations!!! and also IF I NEED A WARRANTY ON MY VEHICLE I WILL CALL THE DEALERSHIP THAT I PURCHASED MY CAR FROM...not some bogus company who just wants to do fradulant things...its very sad!!! DO NOT CALL ANYMORE!!!

Here's the deal folks. It's a scam. These folks have no clue who you are. they are offering to reduce your interest percentage rates on your credit card. Funny thing is they have no clue as to what card or cards you may have. They do not even know who you are. The are phishing by telephone. God help you if you should happen to self identify yourself or any of your account information.

THEY SAID MY CAR WARRANTY WAS ABOUT TO EXPIRE....WHEN THE CALLED CAME ON THE LINE THEY ASKED ME WHAT TYPE OF CAR I HAD AND I TOLD THEM A 2003 FORD MUSTANG AND HE ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO EXTEND AN EXISTING WARRANTY AND I TOLD HIM NO I WANTED HIM TO STOP CALLING MY PHONE AND HE RESPONDED " OK WE WILL MAKE SURE WE CALL YOU BACK LATER" AND THEN HUNG UP...I TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER BACK AND IT SAID ALL CIRCUTS WERE BUSY....I AM GOING TO TRY MY HARDEST TO FIND A WAY TO REPORT THESE PEOPLE...THIS IS ABSURD THAT THEY CALL MY PHONE 5-6 TIMES A DAY AND HARASS ME

I've been getting calls from florida for as long as i can remember.whenever im not home and they leave a message its about car insurance or something and how this is they're last attempt at contacting me,than when i do answer it's just dead air and than they hang up. im on the i've been on the do no call list for a couple of years so why do they call me? the calls have increased from a couple of times a week to every day

I got a call from (561) 784-9844 and it was a car warranty scam. I'm registered with "National Do Not Call Registry" Keep complaining to the FCC, maybe someday they will be caught and heavly fined or jailed.

They keep calling constantly, I consider it harassment. Some friends in their late eighties rec'd the calls and were in a panic that they're insurance or something was cancelled

bogus auto warranty expiration.  we are on the do not call list.  have answered this call before and told to take off their list.  they still call EVERY day.

They are a Nuisance!  Sometimes they call me three times inside of a single hour. Yes, I'm on the National Do Not Call Registry, I've "pressed 2 to be removed from their list", yet their harassment of me continues.  Recently I played their game and went through the sales purchase process, and was told that the cost of a one year warranty would exceed the total replacement value of the vehicle.  Please put them out of business.

they called and i pressed 1 to speak to an associate. he picked up and simply said "make model and year of your car?" i said "you guys called me which car are you talking about?" then i got hung up on. that kinda stuff REALLY irritates me n if anyone knows how i can call and harrass them id love to know

These idiots call constantly, month after month, morning and night.  It is always a recording saying, "Your automobile warranty is about to expire.  This is your last notice." Then they say to press one to speak to a representitive, which I have done only once.  No one answered.  They've awakened me in the mornings more than once.  To me, this is as bad as someone barging in your front door without being invited, and I'm sick of it!
