Same deal with David Saline.  New number, however, 561 615-0843.  Likewise, not returning his call.

Apparently still at it.  Left name and call back number only.  Glad I googled.

Caller ID says "NSM Securities," so leaves little to the imagination.

Received message 7/1/11 to call David Saline back at 561-601-5702.  Message was:  regarding phone number on web.  Odd message, looked  up online and found this.  Will not be returning call.

call from that number, "Dave Salinas" wanted a call back.  Message was he had "new business" for me.

No idea, called left a message and failed to tell me why he was calling.  No return call will be made

A David Selene (Saleem?) (phonetic spelling) left a message with his call-back number but did not indicate the reason for his call.  Because I deal almost exclusively with vendors and opposing counsel who identify themselves, I smelled a marketer and discovered this site.  I recently completed my CLE requirements through PLI so I'm wondering if that's how he got my number.  I will not return this call.

Just got a call from David Saleem, 2:45 p.m., Friday, April 15th, didn't identify company or matter, let voicemail get it.  Just said please call.  Who is this guy?

David Saline [the caller ID said he was from NSN] called my direct dial number here and left me a voice message requesting that I return his call at (561) 827-4804.  He didn't articulate a reason for his calling.  As a result, I won't be calling him back.

Call from David Saline? from NSM?  Will not be returning call after reading previous posts.

Had a voice mail from Dave Sileen to call back at 561-827-4804.  He didn't say who he was or why he was calling.  I don't know him and I don't take these types of calls.  He also sounded like a New Yorker.  I dont do business with cold callers like this.

Typical sales pitch. Same caller. Spelled his name: David Saline. Found us "online" and is "working with several other area attorneys". Didn't let him through to the attorneys but quizzed him extensively. Said he wanted to talk with them about accepting "new business". Have had these calls before. Sort of like, Gee whiz, we will send the litigation client to you and you work your butt off and receive a piece of the pie. Don't answer it. Don't bother. Not worth your time to call him back. This guy's been hitting all the numbers everywhere he can find. If nothing else, you gotta hand it to him for sticking it out for such a long time. I don't even think he'll hit the "1 in 100" mark most salesmen aim for when they're trying to set the hook.

Got his call this morning. "Hi Mr. <***>This is Dave Sileen, please return the call to 561-827-4804"    It appears that he is contacting attorneys and law firms.

Same as above - left only a name and # with no mention of what the call was regarding.  Will not be calling him back.

Same as the above posts.  This person somehow got my personal extension.  Glad I was not around to take the call.  Will not return call.

Same exact message on voicemail.  There was a hitch in the voice that made me go online.

Same guy "David" MSN 561-827-4804..asking if attorney was taking new clients.
We're not- so he hung up.

Got the same call today - asked if taking new business and when asked what was concerned said "oh, actually Mr. Smith called me a few weeks ago."

Same as all of the above.  Same guy, same number, got message, will not call back.

I received the same call; I should have checked here first! I have this line blocked for uninvited calls, but some still get through. The area code is in Florida, around Palm Beach. Save yourself the call back. "Dave" just wants your OK to send you some literature. I have more than enough literature right now without adding Dave's to it.

Did not answer, went to voicemail.  Message left:

"David Sileen from MSN, please call me back."  

Imagine this a cold call for new business.  Leave me alone!
