Many time received calls, but drop calls

They just called asking for a Chris.Yesterday I had 40 calls with all different #s asking for a Chris.Today when I answer they hang up.I have blocked out all the phone #'s that have been calling every 10 minutes.I did the same stupid thing,I did a survey & this has been going on ever since.

Don't push the number to be removed I heard it spreads your number to other scammers.  
I'm changing my number sick of this s***.

I have been called by this number 4 times in the last hour, I let my phone get it then I call it back and it is some type of call center with people with heavy accents that answer, but never name a company. I pretty sure they are just trying to get info.

The best way to handle these calls is to use Google Voice and add the callers to your block list the first time they call you. Works every time. I just did it now.

this number calss all the time sometimes 10 mins after the first. leave no message, when u call back rings, no one answers.please stop calling me scarry.

This number calls all day! I started calling back and acting like I was selling something!

This number has called me 10 times in the last 6 days. I have never answered. I have registered my number with the Do Not Call list. I want the calls stopped.

They call me at least 6 times a day

If u call them back, there's a menu after the msg and if u press 1, enter ur number as promtped u will be removed from their call list

A lot of your stories sound like mine. This number keeps calling me and hanging up as soon as I pick up. Then either seconds later up to an hour later they call back. And they'll do that all day long. I don't know who these clowns are, but it's annoying and I want the calls to stop.

The called. I waited to see if anyone would say anything. It took a long time for someone to come on the line. When they did they said they couldn't conversate and to press 1 to prevent future calls. My concern is they called me at 9am for no reason it seems.

They have called me 12 times a day for 2 days. I refuse to answer any numbers I do not know. If you dn't leave a VM, your not important. But they have been calling fr  days now. Day 1; 7:07am, 9:22am, 11:45am, 11:46am, 12:18pm, 1:23pm, 2:07pm, 3:38pm,4:23pm, 6:36pm. Day 2: so far 9:24am, 12:11pm, 12:19pm, 1:24pm, 2:07pm, 3:41pm. And the crappy thing I can't block them, because Virgin mobile doesn't block numbers. And I can't change my number either. Rather annoying to get 17 calls from the same number in less then 30 hrs.

I have actually answered my phone calls to try and tell them to stop calling. Keyword. TRIED. I answer, they just stay quiet then hang up. I can't even call them back.
