lower credit card rates - press 9 to speak to a represenative...they answer it "credit card rewards" but speak so fast can't understand them. When you ask them to repeat they go into a small canned sentance about lowering rates. Ask to be removed from list they hang up and a recording says "sorry customer service is not available" and the call is immediately disconnected.

Harrassment at it's supposedly legally finest.

I just received a call from (561) 910-2593. I have an Avaya commercial telephone system at home. The system includes an auto attendant. I have the ability to monitor calls while they are being answered by the auto attendant. Once my system answers the call, I hear something about lowering my credit card interest rates. Once the message finishes playing,  the call ends. Given that I pay off my credit card bills every month, the interest rate is immaterial.

I tried calling the aforementioned telephone number back...including the familiar *67 prefix. Just as I expected...I reached a reorder (a fast busy signal).

Got a call from these scabs Got great pleasure hanging up on them. These people are relentless, ruthless, and just plain wrong. GO AWAY and stop bothering us!!!

561-910-2593 from Boca Raton, Florida called my house phone.  When the phone call was answered, nobody was on the other side--dead air.

I got a call from this number today at 12:11 PM.  My caller ID read TeleCenters Inc.  When I answered, it was just dead air.

constant voice messages stating to stop receiving calls, enter a #, like 1 or 9 or something like that.

They told me to press #1 to not receive further calls or information regarding reduced interest rates

Automatic calls from all over the USA for Credit card advertised to lower your credit card cost, when you dial 3 to stop the calls it doesn't work for any of the calls scattered throughout the USA INCLUDING FLORIDA; phone ID also gave; TELCENTRIS, INC FOR THE PHONE #561-910-2593; When I PRESS  1 FOR HELP I DON'T QUALIFY WHEN I  get someone they say they didn't call and can't help.  No way to get hold of the automatic TELCENTRIS I USED THE ID CALLER NUMBER AFTER IT RANG THROUGH IT WENT DEAD; I COULDN'T FIND ANY COMPANY ON THE INTERNET SEARCH.

Left a message.  Apparently I missed a chance to save on my credit card rate.
Obviously a scam, and abuser of the 'do not call list'.  Too bad our legislators aren't being targeted by such creeps.  This would end.

Just got a call on my decoy line (no phone attached to it) from something called "Telcentris Inc". This is odd because most of the calls to my decoy line are from the typical scum telemarketer that hides their identity or spoofs their phone number. So I looked up this Telcentris thing and discover that it is now most likely called "Vovox" and is a company that provides "hosted PBX" among its many services. So in all probability "Telcentris" is not who just called me, it's the scumbag telemarketer using Telcentris services that is cold calling me.

If this proves true then there may be value in filing a complaint against Telcentris with the DNC people. Maybe that will force Telcentris to be more selective in who they do business with and make it just a little more difficult for telemarketer filth to cold call people.

I just got a call from these people this morning at 10:42 am.  When I answered the phone, I got the old lower your credit card rate bull.  I waited and got a LIVE person, after waiting for almost a half hour.  I let them go through their whole line of bull that they read off their little cards (or whatever) and when the girl asked me if the could lower my credit card rate, I told her "Sure, as soon as you give me a credit card.  I don't have one to lower the rate on."  She wasn't a very happy person and promptly slammed the phone down in my ear....

I'm a retired trucker and making these people mad at me is the highlight of my day, right after my grandchildren of course...  I expect to keep getting calls from them, and I'll keep waiting on the line for some moron to answer so I can piss them off....lol

Mike has them as: Ad-Base Systems, Inc, dba, "Credit Services", but my caller-id has them as Telcentris, Inc.  Guess they've changed their name but not their practice.  I also am on the National Do-Not-Call List, but that thing is a damn joke.  Once I put myself on there, I started getting more calls than when I wasn't on it...  Guess our government is hurting for cash so bad that they are selling our numbers to these morons...  Just saying....

If you worked in a "telemarketing room" then you are a hypocrite if you block their calls now.  Step up and answer every one of them and be and be sweet about it.

My phone rings about the same time every day--always the same robo-caller--even though the number changes. I simply do **not** answer. The answering machine is turned on. If it is a legitimate message, the caller will leave a message. If it's one of the SPAM type, they will almost always never leave a message.

Rather than worrying about it, I simply ignore the call and go on with what I'm doing.

TelCentris is a company in San Diego CA; the calling number is a FLA-based number.

I received Rachel like call to lower credit card interest from this number. But the name used, voice and message was different. I guess its her jealous cousin.

I must have received a call from Rachel's cousin offering to lower my credit card interest.

My number is on the DO NOT CALL list too.............but it does NOT help any..........I have gotten calls every day this week from these sickos.................and I'm sick and tired of it..........They should be arrested and thrown into the ocean!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe I should just forward these calls to the FTC.

You have to remember that the Do Not Call list, complaints sent to the FTC and the FCC are all Federal government programs or Agencies.  When you are dealing with the Feds there are absolutely NO guarantees that there are viable programs or Agencies.  Witness what happened just after 1 October.
