I recevied a call that is unknown and its says NNN. I missed the call, but when I tried to call it back it goes to lost call. I tried to delete it from my htc evo shift 4g cell phone and it will not delete. I had this happen before on my old nextel phone. It took me some time and lots of internet searches, but finally I deleted it. Its been several years ago and I dont remeber how I deleted it.

Called for several days they call but don't leave a message

Call and asked for a family member who was not available, so I handed the call to her husband. They knew the vehicle, and after they found out how many miles were on it, they offered a warranty. He asked for this offer in writing, and was hung up on.

Heavily accented male called asking for my spouse by first name.  As is customary, I asked who was calling and he identified himself as "Roger", insisting he needed to speak to my husband.  I asked the nature of the call, he called me an idiot and hung up.  Pity the companies that engage these people don't teach them manners...

They called today-I decided to answer even though the number was not familiar. A man asked for my husband and I replied in NORWEGIAN that he was not home.  He got very confused because most people will recognize Spanish, German, or French no one recognizes Norwegian.  If I am in the mood I like to play games with them and waste THEIR time. He hung while I was spouting Norwegian.

The caller ID said "Dealer Services".  I didn't even bother answering

I just recevied a call from this number at 9:19 a.m. in which the caller, sounding like perahps a woman with a slight southern Balck accent, asked to speak to my husband by his first name.  I asked who was she.  She claimed to have sent a notice out our 2006 or 20054 Jeep Liberty.  I do not recall seeing any such notice. I said my husband will handle it when he has time.  She then hung up the telephone.  I tried to call back the number to find out who this person was, and I just received a ringing phone number wihout an answer.  I cannot recall receving any kind of notification at all from any local dealership.  I have no idea what this call was about.  Of course the caller called after my husband had gone to work.  He does not stay at our home telephone number during the week.  After reproting this on your forum, I placed astar-57 trace. I paln to reprot this call also to the FTC.  If it were any othe kind ofr call,  such as a veiled threat, etc, I have no luck in reporting threats and otehr suspcious calls to our local police because they never take such seriously.  In my case, the only recourse I have is to report all such calls to the Feds using the ftc.gov site.

When it was clear from the outset that this was a marketing call, I asked "what are you selling", the reponse was a quick "is this how you answer all your calls?", and a hang up.
Number now blocked. Hopefull, but unlikely, the last time I have to deal with this.

Calls from this company (phone number) need to be stopped somehow.   They do not appear to be a legitimate company.   The caller(s) are very rude and make the pretense of wanting to extend a vehicle warranty.   Appears to be a scam of some sort.   Is there unway for the Florida BBB or Attorney General to get involved in an investigation?

Received call no one on line caller I'd showed name dealer services , called number back and got a fax machine.

They have bigger fish to fry.  Don't answer the phone or have the number blocked.

Caller ID said "Unknown Name". Caller knew our correct make and model of automobile (a Chrysler). Was attempting to sell an extended warranty. Caller hung up after we twice asked if he was an employee of the chrysler corporation.

Called and asked for my daughter told her she didn't live here anymore continued to ask questions, but wouldn't tell me anything when I asked.  So told her when she tracked her down, remind her to call for mothers day.  I really do talk to my daughter everyday.  Figured that was a good way to get rid of them.

A woman called my parents' house from this number and asked for me by name. When my dad said "she doesn't live here anymore" she hung up. My parents' number is on the Do Not Call list so I am going to register a complaint on donotcall.gov right now.

This number calls here all the time. One time played music that I could not disconnect from
until it ran out. This time today just kept calling my name.What a pain in the butt.
Wish I could stop this.

4/20/12 Got a call in the AM. Same thing she asked for my husband. I said what is this about she said I'm calling about the warrenty on your and she gave the description of one of our cars & asked the milegae on it. I said you are with who and she gave me a name and said this is to extend the orginal warrenty on my car and hung up. What is wrong with people today. Why can't they get out and make an honest living instead of trying figure out how they can scam hard working people out of their money. How do they live with theirselves. You call my house wake up my husband (he works long hard nights to provide for his family) and so rudely hang up on me. As I said what is wrong with people. Whatever happened to do unto others as you would like done unto you. Whould she like it if I did that to her. Would she like it if I scammed her out of her money. Oh wait it wouldn't be her money I would be scamming it would be from honest hardworking people.

I did not even bother to pick up the phone.  I am very annoyd with callers who should not be calling.  I am going to look up the number first.  I do not think that I will miss ANY important calls!

Called by  561-921-4401.  It is a  "auto protection company"  trying to sell me  ( a probably  worthless)   Vehicle extended maintenance plan.   Thing is,  they obviously did not even know what kind or even if I owned a car.   All they want is a credit card number to  "sell"  you something.  BEWARE!    I told them I was on the do not call list and would report them.  She hung up.  Go figure

The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account.  Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

Called and asked for my late father.  When I asked what it was regarding, the line went dead.  Called back and no answer.

Received call, did not answer.  No message left from caller.  Read previous replies and added number to "block calls" feature of my phone.

Called with scam on my Dodge pickup warranty. Had my personal information and I did not solict their warranty or any information about their company. Scammer

Got a call from these jerks. I have a Panasonic phone that lets you block numbers so when the number shows up on the phone it rings once then hangs up on them. It saves me from looking at the phone when I recieve a blocked call.

A company called "Direct Auto Protection" called me several days in a row.  A represenative named Denise claimed that they would extend my vehicle protection, but would not confirm the terms of the warranty and would not give me her call back number.  I told her I would not purchase a warranty without reading its terms first.  She transferred me to another department of Direct Auto Protection.  The new person became highly abusive when I asked to be sent a copy of the warranty which they were trying to sell me. The call ended by the abusive representative telling me that asking to see in writing what they were trying to get me to sign was "wasting your own time" and then he hung up on me.
