Most likely a spoofed number for some AlQueda front group scam phishing for info for credit fraud and identity theft. This is possibly one of their main ways to get funding and good Identities for document fraud

Like Rogue, I am a Wyndham owner.  I too, receive this call 2-3 times a week.  It does get annoying, since when I answer the phone they hang up on me as well.  However, if you are looking to be deeded property owners legitimately, then talk to them.  You can go to wyndhamresorts.com or efairfield.com.  They are not a scam, and I do recommend them.  I just got back from a Walt Disney World vacation through RCI and only spent a total of $800.00.  I was there for 14 days.

I'm getting this calls at work from someone who owned a timeshare.  This person hasn't worked here in FOUR YEARS.  I get calls all the time from these people and people like them.

I also get atleast 3 calls per day from this number and when you answer, the call is disconnected after a couple of seconds.  The first call is usually in the mornings between 8am - 10am (CST).  I also believe this is coming from a spoofed auto dialer.  I was able to speak to a person a week or so ago when my phone rang and this number appeared on my caller ID... the person (whom I could barely understand because of their accent) said they were with Summer Bay Resorts and were very unprofessional.  I told them I wasn't interested and to remove my number from their list which didn't happen.  I tried using the Call Block feature (I have ATT service) and when I tried adding the number for call blocking, it stated... "the number you have dialed is not available with this service" so I can't even block this number.  My number is also on the Do Not Call Registry (1-888-382-1222) but that doesn't help either.  I am a Wyndham Vacations owner.

I just called Summer Bay Resorts toll-free number which is 1-866-941-8434.  The guy that answered the phone was very nice.  I explained to him about the number (561-935-4417) calling and showing up on my Caller ID 3 to 4 times a day which is very annoying and asked if he could please remove my number from their list.  He asked for my home number and told me that he would definitely make sure it was removed from the list so that I would no longer receive these calls... will see if this works.  You may also want to call the toll free number and ask them (very nicely) to remove your number from their list; hopefully this will work.

Get calls.but hang-up when I answer; after several hang-ups I called the number back....message said "number no longer in service"

Needless to say I am on the national do not call list....wish the FCC would "stop" these type calls.

The name of the company is Summer Bay Resorts out of Orlando Florida address of 4298 N State Rd #24 their real number is 800-242-6800. I also have been getting calls from the 561-935-4417 number and they were hanging up on me. It took some research but this is who it appears is using the Jupiter, FL number.

I too receive continuous calls on both my cell and house # and yes, it is Summer Bay Resorts trying to "sell" timeshare.  There were times when both my cell and house phone would ring at the same time.  Both my cell and house # are on the do not call registry, but since I receive calls all the time from different places, I don't think this really matters.  Anyway, after receiving 10 calls today, I finally spoke with someone and informed them that I better not receive another call.  She told me that it is an automatic dialer through a company called Jupiter and that is why you can't dial back and that sometimes they don't pick up either.  We'll see.

I get regular calls from this number. No one is ever there. I've tried waiting it out, and redialing the number. No success either way. I did fill out an FCC report, "form 1088" on their a**. I think this will eventually get them.
 I urge everyone to go to the FCC web site , and file a complaint. I think this will eventually work.

Like so many I said hello and they hung up.  I assigned the number a name (spammer1) and set the ringtone to "none".  They can call all they want, I'll never even know it if they use that number.

I've been getting more than one call per day from this number for the past week, and they hang up as soon as I answer.  When I call this number am told it cannot be completed as dialed.  Very annoying.

I have gotten this call also but it is RCA generally calling people who have timeshares to see if they are interested in selling them or renting them out to people if not being used.  Calm down people, it is a legit company.  WOW the conspiracy people really like this site don’t they.

why and how is calling me asking for my wife and than hanging up when i tell them who i am i want to know who this person is and what bussiness they have calling me on my cell on a continuum and not identifying them selfs

I called 866-941-8434 and spoke to a person who said it was an autodialer, and he'd remove me from the list.

These people call 7 days a week from "Somers bay" Orlando Fl. I've told them before to take me off their "harrasment list".
