WHO IS THIS CALLING

I AM TRYING TO REACH JOSEPH MACAOUSO IS THIS NUMBER REAL  I PAID THIS COMPANY 400 DOLLARS FOR SERVICES WITH HOME MODIFICATION I CANNOT REACH THEM I NEED A RESPOND OR DO I NEED TO CALL THE POLICEOR

Calls multiple times per day.

We have foolishly given these jokers $895.00 of our money for promises that they made towards signigicantly reducing our mortgage payments.  They mislead us into believing that they were working in conjunction with our law firm to modify our existing loan.  They seemingly have taken our money and ran!  I've tried calling and emailing them with no response back!  FEELING VERY SCAMMED RIGHT ABOUT NOW!!!

I RECEIVED A CALL TODAY FROM MARISOL WHO WHO TOLD ME THAT I WILL CLOSING BY JUNE OR JULY, AND ASKING $895.

These rude people called me yesterday and had the wrong people. They told me I was lying when I had never heard of the person they were calling for.

I have spoked with this Dennis dude in regards to getting my money back....HE IS RUDE....

I dealt with them about 8 months ago...was promised the moon basically....they told me all I had to do was give them 795.00 and they would reduce my house payments in half...I told them that my mortgage company was NOT U.S. based and they did not participate in the Obamma program....they told me that they could...so I stupidily gave them 795.00 and waited and waited and waited,,, well, guess what I am not only OUT 795.00 I don't have my home anymore either.....I filed a complaint against them through the Attorneys Gen office of Florida and so far NOTHING.....

Stay way ... total scam

They changed their names a few times.  But if you look at the names they remain the same.

Received unsolicited call from Home Owner Protection Economics.  My number is on the do not call list.

Yeah, they called my cell as well, then called my house number, the funny thing is they aren't getting our numbers from any web source (at least I don't think).  I never put a real phone number in for those things any way.  They were cold calling numbers as far as i could tell.  Specially since both my house lines are the "Do not Call" list.  I had to threaten them to get legal enforcement if they didn't quit bothering me.  I dunno what else to tell everyone except just tell em your on the Do Not Call List.

i got a call from this number telling me they can help me but i told them i did not have the money .they said its only 795 i told them i was broke them they said 399 or 495 i do belive its all a scam .i wont put up with this bs .were are we going when people try to scam us out of our homes.

I've been getting calls for the past few days from these clowns.

This number keeps calling me as well. They don't leave a message and the phone will ring once then a half ring and stop. This is my cell phone. I never call it back, glad to know who this is. Thanks for the forum.

Did you fill out any online forms about mortgage refinancing or loan modification?
I did and they called me continuously for days. I finally talked to them and found out they had gotten my info from the web when I searched for refinancing options. They offer a service for $495 to file all the paperwork and get your loan modification to go through based on Obama's new home mortgage protection plan.
However, I wanted to research the company before I talked any further or gave personal information.
The company IS a legitmate company and can be found listed on the Better Business Bureau's Florida listings, however, they had 16 complaints against them for various reasons...mostly people wanting a refund or a refund being slow to process.  I would not call them back on this account.
