i got a call, but didnt answer it, they left no answer..the caller id reads  "Vitelity LLC"

The number 561 953 1168 is US Directory. It is not a collection agency. They seem to want to help with advertising. It is hard to get on their do not call list. I have requested them to take me off their list three times, and so far it hasn't happened yet. Let's hope three times is a charm.

They are a major scam ring in Boca Raton, FL. Their phone number is 561-953-1168. They try to extract personal information from people and they need to be arrested. Do not talk to these people whatever you do. Hang up and report them to the Florida Attorney General on their website and submit a formal complaint on this number. The company name is US Directory.

It is US Direct.  A spam call.  I called back immediately (they called me twice at 8:35am in the morning today), when I asked why they had called - they instantly asked for my name.  I told them it was none of their business, and they tried to end the call.  I nastily informed them that they were breaking 2 federal laws by calling me on my phone, 1 by being on a do not call list and 2 they can't call before 9am.  Also, the number is required to be a FREE number for ALL business transactions, this is NOT a free number.  They could easily be shut down for their actions today, however I'm still just angry they woke my kids up.

PS.  It took two tries to get through, they tried to hang up on me both times but I made sure to get my say in it before they hung up the 2nd time.  Took 45minutes after the original guy hung up pretending like he couldn't hear me.
