He claims his return number is 866-259-5406 yet our caller id reports his phone number to be 562-223-8818

This number is calling me everyday as well the recorded intro states they are following up on my previous inquiry (which I have not made) I select to speak to a rep and state I am having a hard time hearing them and ask for a call back number the rep states they will call me back. I then state I am excited to learn more about consolidating my debt and ask what company they are at which point the rep disconnects.

We get a call from this number sometimes twice a day and as soon as I get a real person on the phone, they hang up when I ask to be taken off their call list. So I called back five times and each different operator hung up on me. Eventually, my calls stopped being connected. What the hell is this place?

I am so frustrated with these people.  Followed the advice on the board for them at phone number 213-504-7050 and filed a complaint with the FTC.  I urge everyone to do the same!

A guy left a message with the 562-223-8818 showing up on the caller ID, but mentioned a different 866-259-5406 regarding a loan advancement claiming I spoke with him before about it.  Blah blah blah!  WHAT A LOSER!

These a-holes called me within 2 hours of getting my new phone hooked up claiming to have spoken to me before.  Funny, I think I would remember a conversation with a tape recorder.  It prompted me to immediately put my new number on the national DNC list.  Still getting calls.  It's good to see this works so well.  As consumers, we can sue them for about $1,500 per infraction (due to several violations per call, including failure to keep a DNC list of their own, failure to have a DNC policy, failure to provide you with a copy of the DNC policy, etc.).  I'll let them call a few dozen more times before I file that lawsuit, I think.  I'm sick of being trampled on.  Now I'm getting paid!

Every time I ask for a supervisor or ask to be taken off of the call list. The operators just hang up on me. I get 2 or 3 calls a day from this company, And I am getting very upset with them.

This recording of Larry from Relief Management is calling into a business phone and it is almost every day, sometimes twice a day after the office is closed.  This is a business phone, not a phone for his convenience.  How can we stop these calls?

Same voice recording. I pressed 1 to speak with someone and they hung up on me. So I called them back and someone with an accent answers. Not the person that recorded the message. He asked "would you like to eliminate your debt?" and I said "I keep receiving calls from this number. I would you like to stop calling me please" and he's like "ok" CLICK!!! seriously!!!

same situation as everyome else.  very disturbing that people can call and do this several times a day without us being able to do anything

I got the same exact message today.  Annoying unwanted telemarketing  calls!

FYI, this appears to come from Long Beach CA.  If you are in that area, please "pay them a visit".  Tell them Fred send you.

Same thing here.  They sent a junk call to my cell and hung up on me.  I set the house phone to auto dial them and flood their phone lines while I registered a complaint with the state attorney generals office.

Even when I answered and said "yes" and then "hello" when they didn't respond they hung up on me.

automated message says we've spoken before about loan debt, I press the number they give, when they asked me my name, I said first tell me where you're calling from, they said they weren't allowed to give out that information, so I asked why they thought I should give them mine, told them to get a real job and they hung up on me.

I also recieved many calls on my unlisted home phone from (562) 223-8818.  I got so tired I kept calling back and every time I ask to be taken off or to speak to a Manager they can't hang up fast enough. I believe it is an Out Sourced Company. Everytime I get someone who thinks they are about ready to sell me something I get someone with a thick East Indian accent.  Isn't there a Government agency to report this to and have it stopped?  Where do I report this to? A Number and Address to make sure This stops! Thankyou

What kind of tool thinks I want to get a loan from an unknown a-hole who cold calls my cell? I recieved two calls from the same compnay using two different area codes (the other was 310-485-8933). It's a con job.

It's very legal. It's called Virtual DID (direct inward dialing) to a Telephone co's local branch exchange and it's been around for a very long time.  Many companies use it to establish a "local presence? opposed to having an ubiquitous Toll Free number for clients to call even if they don?t have a brick and mortar location in that area.  Now with VOIP in the mainstream, it is just like hosted websites, you pay a small fee and can be set up anywhere.  VOIP Vonage (great alternative to landline) could give you a number anywhere in the country. Say you go to college on east coast and all your friends & fam are on west coast...you get a west coast phone # so everyone can call you w/o long distance charges.  Unfortunately, this also means the sky is the limit because it eradicates the higher cost telcos only providers, little hardware, extremely quick setup, and managed so it and makes it a telemarketer?s playground.

I would like to warn everybody about another number that is from this company 562-223-8828.
This time they are claiming to be Warranty Service center and tell you that you factory warranty is about to expire and you need to stay on the line to renew it.
Same as everybody else on this post if you tell them stop calling they just hang up on you.
I did call the company and tell them to take me off the calling list and they said that they will report it to the compliance department.
This was a call to 15 cell phones that our techs use, please register your cell phone on the do not call web site at https://www.donotcall.gov/

I went to the TM Caller Id website . . . I read their literature. . . I sent an email to the email address provided  . . . dnc@tmcallerid.com

On their webiste they state "TM Caller ID, LLC can help you manage your outbound caller ID" . . . This to me is fishy . . . are they providing a means to their "clients" to circumvent what the actual caller id is?  

If I don't get a reasonable response from TM Caller Id Do Not Call representative, then I will be filing a complaint with the FCC.

How legal is it for this company in Oregon to be making telephone calls with a caller ID that places them anywhere but where they are?

Since leaving this note, we continue to get these calls after hours at our business on our voice mail.  Someone did telephone during business hours last week and I pressed "1".  When a real person finally picked up, I was shocked that it was a real person and when I said so, they hung up on me.  It is quite obvious that they will do whatever they need to in order to make their "loans".  But, if you want them to stop harassing you, they aren't interested in having that conversation.

Got the same call everyone else is complaining about.  Claim we've talked before, we haven't.  When I ask to be added to their no call list, they hang up.  Called back 4 times.  Each time I got hung up on.

How do you report it?  I asked what company they were and they hung up on me.  I am really mad about getting these phone calls.  I've had this phone number for a week and already getting unsolicited phone calls.

This is an automated call claiming to have spoken with me before (NOT true at all), about a 0% loan up to $1000.00.  The male voice promises to give my call priority upon my call back.  

No name or or business name is given, and my advise to anyone who gets this call...report it.

If they have to leave a message htey will say "We've talked before" - no we haven't...they just want to have you call back to they can try to get all types of information from you.

The operator hangs up everytime you ask them not to call.  They will not stop calling.
