Just called my cell phone.  I don't own a car.  Why would I need extended warranty coverage?  Tried to get my number removed from their list...they just don't get it!

Just called about extended warranty coverage - recorded message. I have a leased infiniti and it has 200 miles on it. This annoys this crap out of me. I tried to press 1 and talk to someone but they hung up as soon as it tranferred the call.

I received a call on my mobile phone for work.  As others have reported, there is an automated message that mentions extending your car warranty.  I pressed '1' to speak to a representative who, of course, did not have any information about me or my vehicle.  This was clearly a cold call.  I told them that I didn't appreciate the call and that I was going to report their number.  The representative told me that my number would be deleted from their system within 72 hours - we'll see if that actually happens.  I should note that I am registered with the 'Do Not Call' list.  Apparently this company either (1) does not care, or (2) has some legal way to get around it.

This number just called my cell. I don't carry my cell, it's for emergencies. It was sitting here charging and surprised the hell out of me when it went off. I didn't answer, I typed the number in here, and found this site. Annoying for sure. Apparently, they either try random numbers or have bought a cell phone list. If I make take 5 calls a year from the phone they called, I'm lucky.

Plus, my cars are all paid for and old. Why would I extend a warranty on something that never had one? This message has been left on my home phone as well, I suspect they prey on people who don't know any better when they buy a new car... SHAME!

They just called me, didn't leave a message. If it's true that they were asking for a extension on a car warranty, it's not possible because I don't own a car.

The scumbags call my cell phone and it costs me every time they do it.
This is the second time.  When they call me at home, I wait till someone answers the phone and then I make sure someone is actually on the line by asking, Are you there?  They usually say, yes, I am here.  Then I get a police whistle and blow it hard and long right into the phone.
Then I ask again, are you still there?  They usually say, yes, I'm still here.
Then I blow the whistle again, as hard and as loud as I can make it blow.
Usually about the third time they hang up, but sometimes it takes about four times.  My wife and I just crack up laughing as to how long some of those goofballs hang in there.
I need to carry a whistle on a chain around my neck like a football caoch wears.

Sprint said to call number for the do not call list and list you phone number there.

Well, I would rather blow the whistle.  I gets to be quite abit of fun after a few times.  They don't call the home number much these days.  I wonder why?

They called yesterday, they did not know my car make or model, they hung up when questioned as to how they got my number.  I will report them to my cell provider.

got a call and they said they were from american express and had my last 4 digits. They said I won a gas card but when I asked for a return number to verify and they hung up. sounded like their name was bap but not sure.

I have gotten the same call i have pushed the number to remove my number many times one time they even called after 9pm. I was in the collection buisness before and we couldnt call past 9pm how do you get in touch with these people??

Why would you waist your time on calling about a warranty that people don't even have ??? Thats so dumb!  Whats wrong with the company. I'll tell you! Their brains are uncapable to accept we DON'T HAVE a warranty and if we do it has 2 to 5 years left on it. So what have we learned about this act of stupidity? That Digitcom needs to take the phone privlages away from these pople, because there obviously to immature and stupid to run a company for car warenty coverage! Anyone agree? ? ?  Please let everyone know how you feel.

Argh... So annoying, I get these calls about my factory warranty at least once or twice a month, on both my personal cell, and work cell. I tried as everyone else to get my number removed, but htey just hang up. I wouldn't mind if they were actually providing a service, but it's pointless...

Got a call about car-warranty. My car ist 22 years old. I am on the do not call list. One more time, and I will contact my district attorney. Did that before - works wonders.

These people are nuts. Look like they want to pull a fast one here. I have extended warranty for 10 years at the time of purchase the car. It is just 2 years passed. The message on my cell & home phones on a daily basis says the warranty expires shortly press 1 to talk to customer services. I ignored several time. Just now I have pressed 1, the operator answered and hang up. I wonder is this a new scam started or what?

I just received a phone call from this number on my work (cell) phone. I did not answer. There was no message left.

just got a call myself; pressed 1 (out of curiosity), was hung up on by whomever picked up.  warranty service - since I own three cars, and each is still covered by warranty, i didn't know what was going on.  i guess i never will...

I just got a call from this number on my cell too. I have been receiving calls from this warranty thing for so long and I don't own a car! I've told them every single time and the answer is "oh we'll take you off the list..." yet I'm still receiving calls, just from different area codes/numbers...

I recieved a call on my cell phone.  It asked me to press 1 to talk to someone about a car warrenty.  I did, for no reason other than to find out why they where calling me considering the fact that both of our cars have over 2 years of warrenty left on them.  A women that called herself Tracy was on the other end and I asked what this call was concerning and what company she was with she said Warrenty Servicing or something and that she did not call me I called her.  ???  I said "What?!  You called me!"  She then told me to hold on.  After about 2 min she came back and gave me imediate attitude insisting that I called her and all that she did was answered phones.  ???  I asked to talk to a manager or supervisor and she said no and asked why.  I said because I DID NOT call you and I think what you are doing is illegal.  She said "We will take you off our calling list and have a nice day".  If I called her why would they have to take me off there calling list?  BUSTED!
