The one I have is a PRO CALL BLOCKER, about $50, stores over 1500 numbers to block, and has a two year warranty. It takes about 2-3 weeks for the device to block all the calls you enter, but your nuisance calls will disappear like magic.

Got a call from 562-228-2241 early in the morning.  I pressed 1 and when a person came on I asked why they were calling so early.  He said "I call whenever I want, a***ole" and hung up.

This is just a tip I learned last year from one of these sites. If they are calling your cell phone or if your land line has the capability just do this. Add to your contact list BADCALLER, then add the perp's number and sent your ring tone on this caller to no ring or beep! I have BadCaller 1,2,3,4,5,6, and all available number sites like cell 1&2, home, fax are all filled with these perverts numbers. All you will ever see is a missed call number and if they do not leave a voice message do not bother calling back!

If you pushed #2 you just put yourself on a call list.  Just hang up!

Unfortunately life isn't like CSI on TV where everything is solved in a hour.. It takes time to track the perps down and a lot of them are not in the US..  Spoofed numbers and they move around a lot. RL, its just going to have to take time to get them and thats a fact..

Consider buying a call blocking device or phone. Devices hold more numbers then phones though, IE: The T-lock Incoming PRO Call Blocker sells for under 60 bucks on Amazon and can block up to 1500 numbers.

Too many calls every day.  Only time my phone ever rings it's them again.  Robo credit card crap and now the security system crap calls.  How do they get away with this repeated calling for so long?  They speak clear English on the phone, so I imagine it's some boiler room right here in the states that would be easy to find. It's been goning on for years.  Although paying off our government agency's today is the way to get away with this.   Must be some big money somewhere to violate the laws that are not enforced what so ever.
Just tie them up on the line as long as possible with some hard core porn playing in the background and have some fun with them.  It's your phone and they sure won't call the cops on you for whatever you say or do because they say some rude things to you if you tell them you do not want to be called anymore.  I kinda look forward to their calls now and think up some new jokes to play on them. Have fun and let them have all they want.  It will never stop!

I get calls like this DAILY from all kinds of numbers.  They come to my land line and sometimes my mobile, which is not listed anywhere (most of my friends don't even have it). Caller ID said "Marketing".

I have NO debt issues (credit rating in the high 800's). It could be skip tracers with bad info, but I'm leaning toward scammers/phishers with auto-dialer.

I may start answering with the name of a local government office to see if that gets me off the list....it's possible the scammers  might share/purge numbers amongst themselves...

I have filed over 150 complaints and got nothing back from the FTC.  I no longer waste my time.  After filling out that many complaints it does nothing.  Typical government position that do noting except collect a pay check that our tax money pays for.

Calls every day sometime twice.  "Don't hang up". recorded call.  Home security sales pitch.  However I suspect it is really a debt collector trying to get information, skip tracer looking for information on my son that does not live here.  Anyone else have a debt collector calling and these stupid calls?

This number is transmitting the same message as calls from 720-315-7922,424-220-6074, 253-236-2407, and 360-633-9455.  I urge all victims on the Do-Not-Call Registry to file a complaint EVERY time one of these calls comes in.  For me, since Nov. 18, that means 24 calls.  Yesterday, this particular number called my home three times.  Like most of the posts here, I have listened to the recorded "DON'T HANG up" message, pressed 2 to be removed, and even called all these numbers back to be removed from their calling lists.  PLEASE file your complaints.

I am so sick of these calls. I am on a no-call list but it doesn't matter. I asked the woman today how I could stop the calls and she hung up on me. I called back and was given an automatic recording that said press any key to be removed from the calling list but it doesn't remove the number!!! I get so sick of these calls and about 100 of the credit card scam ones. I block one and they call with another number!! I wish something could be done to stop this nonsense.

They are calling every day sometimes twice a day.  I have ask more than once to be put on the NO CALL list, I have pushed the #2 that says you will be removed from the call list.  Now what do I do?  I have a few others I need to stop but have the same problems.  I have told them I would turn them into the attorney general but still getting calls.  UGH

Yes it is so annoying they called just today at 953 am then at 209 pm this was Shelly I told her to take me off the list and that I wanted a letter within  30 days stating that.That is a law in Illinois she said what ever.Now they just called again at 343.Im documenting every call I have had it.They are trying to sell security systems.Keep it documented  you can turn it over, to the proper authorities Keep exact records.Now the ball is in my court.

New robo call from a scam telemarketing firm, calling from a spoofed phone number. Another boiler room operation looking to rip off the consumer!

I have been receiving calls from these Scammers for weeks now from this number, as well as 720 315 7922 and others with a Prerecorded (and therefore ILLEGAL) ROBOCALL "Do not hang up......." going into their usual SCAM spiel about a free wireless home security system. If you get a live clown on the phone they will tell you they represent "Secure America" but I checked with the actual (legit) company and that is just another LIE.
They are a total scam and I have read on other sites that they often don't show for appointments (for those foolish enough to play their scam) and the product ends up costing more than a legit system after "required extras"
