we are experiencing the same issue with this lady. If you answer and she hears your voice, she will start on her gibberish. If you say nothing, she wont speak either.
I think the only thing you can do is try and block the number. 562-242-4723
I also yelled back at her and she continued and then got startled and hung up. Maybe try that too :-()

this lady has crank called me for the last couple days. her messages are crazy and she is relentless. if anyone knows how to make it stop, let me know.

I have asked verbally serveral times to stop calling our office. Everytime, I say this, the lady hangs up on me and continues to call back. I've tried calling back the number she calls from, but her voice mail is always "full". The calls need to stop.

This is the same lady who used to call from 562-204-0250 and leave very strange messages.
