This caller constantly violate no call list.
A $500.00 fine should be imposed on this caller.

I am Pissed Off...  They Call me everyday!!!

These people call me all the time too. First time I got it I thought it was my insurance company, but my insurance company told me it was not them... it comes up cellular call on my ID, and it's to the point I screen my phone calls now.

I told them 6 times now I WANT OFF there call list and they continue to call me still. I even went through there auto-system to speak to a costumer rep., here they are closed for the weekend. So how the hell did they know if I would want it or not if there's no one to talk to??

I get calls from people who this # has called. I have a different area code but my # is *** 562 2898 and I get several calls a day wanting to know if I have called them. HELP!!!

These people are from a company claiming to be Great Atlantic Warranty. They are a scam and have several numbers that they use to call people. They are hoping that you will give them your info so that they can clean you out and disappear. I have spoken to them twice after getting numerous annoying calls on my work cell, the first time they claimed that even though they did not know what car they were calling about I could renew my warranty. I told them I only own one car and it is an 88 Fiero, they said that was the car who's warranty is now about to expire - WOW - a 20 year warranty from Pontiac? Very nice (yeah right)!!! The second time they hung up on me when I pressed them as to why they kept on calling. Try to call back and you get an automated message that hangs up on you. NO REAL COMPANY deliberately hangs up on call backs using automatic answering. Report them to the FTC - they are scam artists.

These idiots keep calling me and leaving me messages telling me the warranty on my non-existant vehicle is going to expire. Morons, I wish they'd stop.

I receive calls from this number almost everyday. On one occassion a message was left to call them back for a free, no obligation quote.  There was not other information given.  I have no idea what it is for and I'm getting tired of the everyday calls.

Got a call from this number....didn't answer because I could tell it was computer generated.  I'm on the cell do not call list, but lately I've been getting these types of calls...very annoying.  Hope California does something about this abuse...4/28/07

They call about a car warranty, an automatic voice message.

This # called my cell phone, but I didn't answer as I don't recognize the #. I didn't get any sort of message, but I do believe it is still illegal to solicit cell phones. I don't have my # ported from a landline, so it should actually be a non-listed #.

Received same message, pressed 2, to be taken off list.  Not sure if that will happen given other responses above.

I kept receiving those calls too and waited and pressed 1.  When I got a person on the phone I asked him the name of the company and he wouldn't tell me.  I told him I had a non-published number and asked to be put on the don't call list.  He actually argued with me and told me my number wasn't non-published.  I asked for his supervisor and he said "the dude next to me is higher up than me".  Then he said again that my number was not non-published and was about to hang up on me so I called him a FAH and hung up on him.  Went to fcc.gov and filed a complaint.  I only had the phone number and not the company name but I was able to sumbit it.  I suggest everyone does the same and then maybe something will be done about this.

4:10pm est  received a call from this number, I answered, said hello, nothing and it sounded like a computer generated call, so I hung up.

Yup, same as other posters. Annoying call about warranty expiring, which is crap since my car is 10 years old. Time wasters and using my minutes.

Interesting my cars are what you would call unwarrantable.  
98 with 245000 and a 92 with 148000.
If I answer maybe I should sign up and start collecting on all the maintenance needed- clutch, transmission, power steering pumps, shocks, struts, brakes, main seals, probably new engines

Called and called and called over again and again even after requesting to be removed from the call list.

I get calls about my auto warrenty. I do NOT own a car. I di NOT dive!

Number calls my home everyday - Saying we are going to miss out on extended warrenty for  the car. This is annoying and wwant it to stop. What do we do?

I have been inundated, as well, with phone calls as well as literature through the mail about purchasing a car warranty for my 2007 Hyundai.  There have been over 20 calls...I called, eventually, my Hyundai dealership.  They were aware of people getting the telephone calls and I was even told of someone who thought they were on the up and up and spent over $3,000 for a useless warranty ... Even the person from maintenance at the dealership received calls from these folks.  They are using another number, now...702-520-1376.  These calls stopped for a while after I "opted off by hitting #2 button" but they have started again ... Received one yesterday morning and another today.  I attempted to call the number back but the call would not go through.

I just wrote a complaint to the FTC ... I'll be writing another to FCC.
