My home phone is on the "Do not call" List, and I've been getting calls from this number. I finally picked up tonight, and it was as has been described. Bad caller.....

My caller id shows: SERVICE PROVIDER,  only, left no message

Two calls within 2 hours; both definite hang-ups....I'm in the OC, this is an adjoining Area Code/

This number appears to be assigned to a calling card for billing purposes. In other words if you use a calling card this number will show up on caller ID instead of the number you are calling from.  Thank You for all who responded to my message.  My investigation is concluded.  There is no need to call me unless you have questions.

Call showed up as unkown caller but the voicemail recited the number 562-318-0402. The lady who left a message said it was for Sylvia (not me) and needed her to call back ASAP to 866-371-0779 for an "important matter." She also gave a reference number 542707.

They keep calling but when i pick up they never answer.

keeps calling, when answered no one saids anything caller id shows unknown numder, if it goes to my cell it shows the number

I have received four calls from this number in the last month.  I never answer and they never leave a message.Who keep calling many times a day.
