They are American Diabetes in Compton CA

Call me cell several times this week. I answered the call, they hang up. Decided not to answered the call they do not leave a message. VERY ANNOYING!

They called my cell today and did not leave a message.

Caller ID says (208) 629-4665 - AM DIABETES FTI.  call came at 12:11 PM on 8/13/09 - Research on the internet and my own conversation and the conversation they had with my wife indicates this is a scam operation preying on the famlies of diabetes victims and / or  trying to con the gullible into raising funds for a bogus charity.  The fact that they have to call from various phones all across the country indicates either a fly by night operation or a multi-tenacled con game.

I called back from my cell phone - They said they were American Diabetes Fitness (or something very much like that).  I explained that the number they had called was on the do-not-call list and the person they may have had a relationship with died six years ago.  I then asked that the number be removed from their data base.  They apologized and assured me they would remove the number - none the less, about six hours later they called BACK - this time my wife answered and repeated our request - only this time she made it clear that it was not a "request" but an "ORDER" to remove the number.  It is apparent that this firm is totally bogus.

will not stop calling..........

I have received several calls, no message and no one there when I pick-up. I just called the number back and a very nice woman said they were calling on behalf of the American Diabetes Assoc. (which I did do a fundraiser for) to find out if I returned the money raised. I informed her I did. She was sorry for the "disconnect" that was happening.

I have been receiving at least 1 call per day and sometimes more from 1-562-361-9047 for at least a month and maybe more like 2 months.  I would like a sure way to get them to stop calling.  Always from the above number.  If I call that number back, is it a sure thing that the calls will stop?

I filed a complaint and also called the number back. It does appear that the number is some sort of call center for various nonprofits, in this case the American Diabetes Association. I've been involved in fundraisers for them (a worthy cause -- don't let this sour you to them!), so I'm sure that's how they got my number. I called the number and asked to be removed from their call list. The woman was very pleasant and submitted my request.

when you call back, there is a recording stating that they are calling on behalf of a non-profit which is exempt from 'do not call' registration.  If you don't want them to call, you have to leave a message stating this with your phone number.  I had to do this before with similar phone calls and it stopped.

calls constantly from Cheyenne WY number. Last time did leave a message for my adult daughter who IS diabetic. What's up with that?

calls 4-7 times a day... never is there anyone there and never leaves a message.

Calls all times of the day until late in the evening.  Caller hangs up when we answer and no message is left if machine picks up.

This number calls ALL the time and today I made a formal complaint to the FCC.

I never answer it, nor do I plan to.  I hope every one in this situation would file a complaint too!

AM DIABETES FTI multiple times per day including early in morning and late at night

Constantly being called and leaves no message.  How do I make it stop?

Get multiple calls from 845-468-1202 haven't answered one yet. Never leave a message.

I have been receiving frequent unwanted calls from this number. It is a real bother.

Persistent calls from Am Diabetes FTI 952-388-0830.  At least 6 calls in last 3 days.

562-361-9047 has been calling me also daily. I pick up--no resopnse on the other end--no sounds, no one speaking, no hangup. A machine gone crazy?

MINE IS NOT FROM THE 562 AREA CODE BUT FROM 313(DETROIT)BUT WITH THAT NAME.THEY DON'T LEAVE A MESSAGE AND CALL AT WEIRD TIMES,EVEN ON SUNDAY.
