Jut got a call too, on my work cell - how do they get this #? I'm on the do not call registry - how do I report this spammer?

OK... Not sure if this is the same call I received. But I took at an abnormal approach then I normally do. First the number came in as unknown (TCPA violation). I generally don't pick up but some calls from various work loactions I deal with will come across my cell phone unknown so I answered. Got the recorded message and took the direct approach same as the rest of you zafter I reached an operator. ... "What's your company name?", "How did you get my number?". To cut to the chase... the response from the TM wa, "I am sorry my manager is not available" , and hung up.   Here's how you handle it going forward. Act interested.. say things like  "Oh , am I am so glad you called. I need my carpet done desperately!"  Make friends with the person talk about the weather, schedule an appointment. Find out where the nearest loaction is the get the number of the local office just in case you have any issues with having to change the appointment and you are well on your way to filing a a complaint with the FTC once you have all of the info on the company.

I got a call from this # and when I picked up it was a pre recorded message for carpet cleaning. I pressed 1 to talk to the operator and I asked how they got this my cell # "I don't know ma'am."
I reported this # for the second time to donotcall.gov!

I don't even know how they got this #.

Yeah, I just got a call from them too and they didn't leave a voicemail. Seriously, how did they get my mobile number? It's annoying!

i just got a call from this number as well. irritating!

I got a call from this number at 1:20pm on a Wed & I don't answer numbers I don't know, they left no message so I thought I would google it & found other people who have gotten this same call, I tried it at 9:20pm on the same night & it was busy.

I got a call on my cell from this number at 2:15 pm on a Wednesday and I'm not registered. When I called the number it was a busy tone.I reported them to the link above.

Continuous Calls

I've gotten about 3 calls from this number.  One of the calls was at 12:30 a.m.

They have called several times. I don't pick up the phone but it's getting on my nerve.

Just received an automated call from 562-394-0360 regarding carpet cleaning.  I pressed 1 to ask them to remove me from their call list & the girl just hung up the phone.  I have no idea on how they even obtained my phone#.  This really irritates me to no end.  I am going to file a complaint....Good luck everyone!

I am getting call on my company cell phone in regards to carpet cleaning from an autodialer located at 5623940360.  I need for this to stop

This fool calls me and my husband every few days.

Got this one on my cel.  I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.  I've tried calling them back several times, but continue to get a busy signal.

just got a phone call from them but didn't answer and they didn't leave a voicemail...i've NEVER had telemarketers call me on my cell so this is strange.  should i report it to my cell phone service?

This company calls my cell phone over and over...When I push "1" to talk to the operator, she hangs up!  Grr!!  Im on the do not call list as well.

This company has called my mobile like 7 times.

Each time I press to talk to the operator and ask how they get my number and they hang up. I'm surprise the phone company isn't stepping in to do something about it.

just a heads-up.  this is yet another carpet care telemarketing number.

It's regarding carpet cleaning.

I have no idea how these folks even got my cell phone, as I never give it out. They also call from 562-261-1102.

Please follow the link provided previously, www.dontcall.gov and file a complaint. If they receive enough complaints, they will ahve to pay a hefty fine. File a complaint each and everytime they call, and make sure to put in the comments section that when you try to contact them and ask to be removed from their call lists, they hang up!
