Caller ID said UPS Cerritos. Scammers trying to represent UPS to get you to pick up. Don't pick up, don't talk to them and don't punch any #s to get off call list. That only validates your number as active and puts you on more lists! They love it when you get angry, they'll just spread your info to more and more lists around the world to get even with your anger.

Ugh, UPS Cerritos was on the caller ID... No message left. Will NOT answer this scammer and am highly suspicious of the increased number of skunky calls right after the Target debacle.  (Yes I shopped there during the time of the hack in December)  Coincidence??? ARGH!!!!!

Not sure how they got my number as well as only friends and family know about it and only my health insurance and bank has it out of my financial places. Not anywhere in the public and I never have posted it out for anyone to see.

Got this call 5 days ago. I actually left my phone at home. There was a voice-mail left. I checked it out and there was a 3 second pause then a small noise of the phone just hanging up. Guessing it was a good thing I didn't answer it.

Got 5 calls from this number this morning starting at 9:33am CST and ending @ 9:34am.  Just kept
ringing and never left voice mail.  Called on cell phone number. Annoying to say the least.

I can't understand how they can keep those numbers if they have some many reports...someone, somewhere, has to
provide this number (s) to call from....that would be a handy bit of information!!

I keep getting a call on my private cell.  I believe it is a scam.

Just received a call from this number and I did not answer and they did not leave a message. I do not answer numbers that I do not know, and I then go to this website to check out comments. Thanks for everyone posting on this number. Hopefully these Indian folks will get an actual hard-working job that they can be proud of.

Call on my cell phone from "Account Services" offering to lower credit card interest rates.  Pressed "1" to tell these scammers never to call me again and, of course, the respondent hung up.  Seems there should be a way to trace these calls convict the perpetrators.

Missed call from 562-404-3367 around 8:30am. Caller ID showed: "UPS CERRITOS". No message left.

I also received a call from this number claiming they could lower my interest rate

All cell phone numbers go public this month.  If you want to keep your cell phone number out of the hands of telemarketers call this number and register your phone number with the Federal Trade Commission.  It only takes one minute.  You have to be calling from the phone you're registering.   If you don't do this not only will they be able to call you but you have to pay for the call.

I let all blocked and unknown numbers go to vm.  My greeting must have gone longer than their message because one wasn't left.  

I received exactly the same thing. Call on my cell from a restricted # and then called my house phone. Called them back and a woman with an Indian accent answered. Told them to remove my number. We'll see what happens.

Caller ID said "UPS Cerritos"... Which is odd.  No one on other line.

Blocked call with Mr. Number.  Filing complaint with FCC and DNC.

I got a phone call from 562-404-3367...and it is a private number!  i don't know how they got my number but i like to note that it is on the "Do Not Call List" !!!!!!  Called it back to see who it was and all i got was a busy signal.

first time I've gotten one of these stupid calls on my cell phone. They didn't leave a message. I figured it was some scam thing or good old heather from card member services. Looks like my hunch was right.  I am annoyed that they now have started calling cell phones- home numbers are annoying enough. Ugh

Same thing here. Call about a BOA card. Asked what name the card was under and the Indian scammer hung up. They must get paid by how many phone calls they make.

There have been 7 (seven) pages of posts thoroughly explaining the "who are these people" aspect of your question! Start on page one (1). Your answer should be found before finishing that page, if not, precede to the following six (6) pages. If at that point your question still remains unanswered, you cannot be helped, and you will become a victim of these scammers! Those that refuse to help themselves, cannot be helped, and deserve no attempts of help!

received call from ups cerritos 562-404-3367. who are these people? I don't believe it's UPS. They left a message about changes in account. What Account?

This number just called my cell which few have. I tried calling back but it's just a machine so no answer.

I got the same call at 4:08pm on Jan. 10, 2014. It was the scam about my credit card, and to call them back. What's so funny is we do not have a credit card and haven't in over 15 years.

They will not leave you alone.  They have been calling me for about a year now.  Multiple times in a day.  This is horrendous. I have filed at least 4 separate complaints with the FCC but they do nothing. I am and have been on the do not call list for years.
