Called my house about 10am Saturday/ We did not answer and they did not leave a message. We are on state and federal do not call lists.

Called Saturday morning 944 am, didn't answer. Similar call last night from 858-401-7285. I'm interested if others also had that number call them. Maybe we can compare notes and figure out who's selling our info. Went to Niagara Falls couple weeks ago and now unwanted calls started coming

Called before 10 am on saturday...these guys had way too much information and were talking about lowering interest rates. They had my ss#, bank routing numbers, credit card #'s and balances...they wanted a one time fee of $700 ( they will kindly take $200 a month if you cannot pay all at once) for them to lower my interest rate. Not only a scam but screams identity fraud....I have to change all my information now. Beware!

Called my cell phone at 10:32 a.m. on a Saturday. I missed the call, so I called back and got a busy signal.  I am on the national do not call list but they called my number anyway.

Missed call this sat morning with no voicemail from this number. Would like to know how they received my number !

Now this company is calling me from unknown numbers. That is a felony harassing phone call! Lawsuit will be filed!

Got a call on cell phone about 30 minutes ago. Didn't answer and they didn't leave voicemail. This is the third call in two days from strange numbers that shouldn't have our cell numbers. It's getting ridiculous.

Called 10 minutes ago, on a Saturday morning! I didn't make it to my phone in time, so they had already hung up. They did not leave a voicemail.

Got a call from them about 5 mins ago. Didn't answer. The do not disturb thing don't work.

Called @ 10:15 h EDT on a Saturday. Did not answer as I have no known contacts in Long Beach, CA. I suspect it's a garbage call in spite if my listing on do not call.

(562) 432-7326 called me before 10am EST on a Saturday to my cell. Didn't answer. I have a feeling some company leaked phone numbers because the last 2 months I have been getting far too many random calls.

I got a call from this number at 10:03 am about lowering my credit card interest  and I pressed 1 to ask them to take me off thier list and they hung up on me. I guess I am no longer going to answer their phone calls. I thought I was on the national do not call list.

Called me to check on my credit card, I do not own credit cards!!! On a Saturday morning!!

Just got a call from them. Spam about how I could lower my interest rate.

Got a call on my cell from this number. When I called back I got a busy signal. My best guess is it is a telemarketer.

Got a call from this number on Jan 30 at 9:24 a.m. (PST) Didn't answer it.

pre-recorded msg about lowering credit card rate. I got this on my cell phone!

Got a call from the same number on Jan 30, 2014 at 11:25 am Mountain Standard Time. Must be a computer calling since dates are the same or close. I am also on the Do Not Call list. Guess that doesn't do much good.

I got a call from this number at 245 yesterday.  I didn't call it back because they didn't leave a message.

Rang once; no message; came up Long Beach CA; I've been getting a ton of these calls lately

Just received a call from this number saying it was from Bank of America wanting to lower my interest rate on my card. When I told him that I did not have a card with them, the person hung up. Might be some sort of phishing scam.

Call from "California 562-432-7326" this morning at 11:00 a.m.  We don't pick up the phone when the caller ID shows a number that we don't recognize, especially from an area code that is not local. People who know us will leave a message.  The teller market calls keep coming and we keep reporting them.  They just keep changing their number.  Hope they enjoy the game as much as we do.  Just one more number to report.

Has anyone attempted to sue for violating Do Not Call?  
Is it better to let these callers listen to our answering machine or pick up the phone and quickly disconnect?  These people are phone home invaders!
