Got the same scam.....had to go get new bank card.....I suggest others do the same

The voice was that of an answering machine.

The call comes from Palm Beach County, Floria.

Bin Zhu and I have the same message so it's obviously fake.

Based on the years of previous posts, I'd say this will never be a legitimate number, people of 2013.

I got a call from this number and said that my master card was locked.Please press "1" to talk to them. I did but the call was disconnected. I'm really concerned.

Got a voicemail looking for Karina "Last Name" but my name is not Karina. Last name is correct though but it's a very common last name. The message said that unless they hear from me by the end of the week they'll file a lawsuit and the charges will be significantly higher. I don't have a clue what they're talking about. I've never received anything from these people in writing and have no idea who they are and how they got my phone number and why they have my last name with the wrong first name. This sounds very fishy to me and illegal. Isn't threatening with a lawsuit with no proof of case is illegal? WTH!!

Called and said they wre Wilford Law Firm, then asked my name.  I told them and they asked the last name again.  Told them I don't know why they would want that and hung up.  This is certainly not our area code.
